Of the characters listed, which would you be most willing to replace the voice actor for?

 

I don't think I'd change any of them! They all do a pretty fantastic job with their characters.

I've got no problem with the voice actors. It's the characters I have problem with; I don't want Sora to still be kid-like and stupid in KH3 like in DDD; his character is probably best in KH2 and hope it's similar to that or better. 

I got used to them a bit but I'm not a big fan of Aqua and Terra's voice so if anybody were to be recast it'd be one of them

I'm fine with all of them, except for Aqua.  I got used to her near the end, but I'd be totally fine if they change her VA.

None of them, ideally. I suppose I wouldn't notice too much if one of the Org13 characters got changed, but they're all pretty distinctive. That's one of my biggest worries of KH3, not getting the VA's back.

Probably xion's but then its growing on me.

I think I'd change Terra or Aqua's VAs.

I wouldn't mind if Terra's and/or Aqua's were changed.  They were so flat and emotionless when heard with all the others, it was jarring.

 

Or, in a perfect world, Leonard Nemoy would turn out to not be dead, and replaces whoever they replaced him with ;_;

All of them are excellent voice actors. I honestly don't think there's been a single miscast in this series. It's one of its strengths.

 

That said, I might place Terra as an exception to that but I don't know if that's down to Jason Dohring's acting or not. Sometimes he sounds great but usually he sounds dull. I'm hoping that it's not just his voice and that he'll prove me wrong in Kingdom Hearts III, but for now, I have my doubts about him.

None of them. At first I originally didn't like Terra and Aqua's voice when I play Birth by Sleep (PSP) back in 2010. But after beating the game twice their voices grew on me, and I don't want them to be replace. I know some KH fans criticized Haley Joel Osment's voice in Dream Drop Distance because of Sora fourteen year old dream form but give the man a break, the dude is in his late 20's so it's pretty hard for him to sound like a fifteen year kid, plus no need to worry because Sora is going to be more mature in Kingdom Hearts 3. Anyway I love all the voice actors to voice the Kingdom Hearts characters, but the real question is who's going to voice Master Xehanort? I hope not Corey Burton, because Kingdom Hearts 3 is the last game of the Xehanort Saga and they really need to end his story with a good note. So I hope they cast a decent actor to voice Master Xehanort.

I would replace Terra's he wasn't really doin it for me. Also i still prefer Billy Zane's Ansem over the current one so I would re-replace Ansem's i guess. Richard Epcar was good for Terranort tho so I'll let him keep that

I wouldn't change any of 'em for the world!  They all do their job perfectly!  I've never understood the dislike towards Jason Dohring and Willa Holland, though!  Honestly, I thought their voices were great, and fit Terra and Aqua perfectly!  But hey, that's just my opinion, and you've all got yours, so that's understandable!

 

But yeah, if I were the casting director, I wouldn't replace any of the voice actors!  They're all great!  I mean, come on, no one else can pull off Mansex, wait, I mean Xemnas, like Paul St. Peter can!

Terra's VA is a bit monotone (so is Aqua's but I just like it, it's unique), so maybe I'd change it... But really, they're all fine to me.

Exactly! It's not the same, Ansem SoD was a lot more intimidating in KH1 than later just because of his VA

I think the English voice actor of young Xehanort just doesn't fit the character's age, he sounds way older than his real age. Look at the Japanese voice actor of his character then the English voice actor, you will see what I mean.

Kairi was fine in KH1, but in H2 her voice was unbearable... I'd like them to just keep Xions voiceactor from 358/2days for Kairi, she did a way better job overall.

As much as I liked Jason Dohring as Terra, I'd like Roger Craig Smith to replace him. As for Master Xehanort, I want to voice him.

First thought: Xaldin. I always felt he should've have a deeper, gruffer voice.

 

Xion. I want them to bring back Alyson Stoner. Having Hayden take on her role was a huge mistake, she doesn't know how to be Xion at all. She just sounds like a sad Kairi, which doesn't cover the character at all.

 

Totally agree with Billy Zane needing to be Ansem (he was amazing, I can't believe they only kept him for the first game), any replacement they've had for him has been a disaster.

 

Also agree Terra and Aqua are on the monotone side, really, I just think they need practice in expression. Terra sounded a whole lot better by the end of his story, I think.

I REALLY hope that the Birth by Sleep trio's voices stay the same more than anything, but I wouldn't want any of the cast to change. :> If I had to choose, though, I'd say either Kairi, Namine, or Xion, since their voices don't sound all that super unique to me.
