kinda looks like that those are the equivalent of regular Shadows, the antennas on the head have a very similiar shape like the ones of Shadows. also, maybe the Heartless in Quadratum not only have different appearances but also work differently there, meaning it looks like to me that the regular Heartless there have features of both Pureblood and Emblem Heartless. Pureblood, because their appearance really resembles that, with Darksides there are other Purebloods there, and they (seemingly, see below) dont eject a heart when they are defeated. Emblem, because they seem to manifest around a heart with their body (as depicted in the D23 trailer), though maybe they also do something similiar like ejecting a heart in defeat (in that moment theres a fitting glow from their torso, which you can see in the Nintendo Direct trailer).

yeah, theres also at least this one gigantic Darkside, though the Darksides at the end of the D23 trailer seem to be normal sized.

Hard to explain shortly but basically, "our world" was actually the distant past, and the "real world" by proxy, was in the context of the game, the "fantasy world"
