Reading Nomura's interviews in a chronological timeline really makes you feel the wait for KHIII. As time passes, a lot of the waiting may have been dulled for us personally, but reading him time and again denying it as the next game for YEARS is kind of depressing.

So, I guess I gotta wait for ANOTHER HD collection to reveal its cover art. Good grief.
Kaweebo repliedThat game's probably two years away, though. I'm not even expecting anything substantial for it the rest of the year besides maybe another world announcement.
TheKingdomkid repliedit will show probably that cat character from X show Sora and Riku in there Dream Drop Distance outfits with most likely Mickey Donald and Goofy, Young Xehanort, Ansem and Xemnas, and maybe Master Xehanort, and Aqua so yeah lol

Neon Genesis Evangelion Theme... That song was awesome Neon Genesis is it a good show?
AwesomeKHfan repliedIt's great and the writing is AWESOME!! the opening is great here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmroZqXImbo
Kaweebo repliedI've been watching DBZ Abridged since it first came on. It's a great abridged series, better than Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged imo. I figured I'd check out Death Note at some point, I just never got around to it. The opening theme you linked to me is blocked in my country apparently, but I've seen the opening anyway and yeah, it's pretty great.

I still have the Lingering Will fight theme stuck in my head.
Veemon repliedI still can't believe my brother beat that thing on Proud. He certainly prepared everything for that battle.
Rinax repliedIMO, proud isn't too bad because you have way more HP. I still haven't defeated him on my critical save.
Veemon repliedBut still, it's a tough fight no matter which difficulty. The Lingering Will is agreeably one of the most challenging Secret bosses so far.

I'm so glad it seems like KHIII is adding some cool little platform stuff for Sora to parkout over. Even if it doesn't require any skill, it's nice to see something that's not just solid ground for Sora to hop over.

I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier. When Clayton refers to S/D/G as 'a circus of clowns', he could legitimately believe that Donald and Goofy are guys in clown makeup and silly outfits and that's why no one seems to be all that shocked to see a talking duck and dog. I can't believe I hadn't realized that earlier.

Kingdom Hearts III is like a pregnancy. Every pang that occurs from wanting it to come out keeps getting closer in closer in-between.
Nero Kunivas replied@Ansem I can totally see SOMEONE doing that.

@Kaweebo ...that is probably the funniest expression for KH3 I've ever seen. I applaud you. X3

So, I just went to a high school play that was doing Shrek: The Musical because I knew one of the kids in the cast. It was actually pretty funny and not like 'so bad it's good', but genuinely hilarious.
Kaweebo repliedLooking up stuff on Youtube, the 'official' Shrek musical actually looks pretty decent and the songs are really catchy.

I feel kind of bad saying it, but every piece of news I get on Dreamworks losing money makes me hopeful that Disney will buy them out and we get to use some of their properties in Kingdom Hearts.
Kaweebo replied@Kingdom Of Me
Honestly, seeing Kingdom Hearts turn into a fully-inclusive universe that has nearly every single property ever under one banner is the only reason I kind of want Disney to own everything.
Hargleblargleboo repliedWell if Disney bought Dreamworks, then yes. But, no.
Dreamworks is supposed to be the anti-Disney of American animation.
Kaweebo repliedAt first, sure. The Shrek franchise is basically one big middle finger to Disney, but their more recent series have all been pretty creative on their own. I could definitely see How to Train Your Dragon, for example, working splendidly under Disney's control.

You know, now that I've beaten Dream Drop Distance, I feel kind of empty inside. Like, KHIII is coming out, but we don't know when, or what will be in it, or what will happen and it's starting to drive me crazy. Is this what the rest of you have been dealing with all this time??
Kaweebo repliedThe HD collections are the reason I've gotten back into this franchise. If Square just said 'screw it' and decided not to release the final mixes internationally, I can't say I'd really be as excited to play KHIII.
Forever repliedNothing left to do now, other than watch the KH Chi vids. A lot of crazy sh@t seems to be going on in that game...

OR SO I THOUGHT. WTF DID I DO WRONG, I DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY
Ruby Rose repliedOh wait no you can replay the credits from theatre mode!
Sorry I was the only person who could help, as someone who only beat the game once two years ago I wasn't much help
Kaweebo repliedNah, it's alright, I already figured it was probably that. I mostly came on here to complain just in case it wasn't.
Ruby Rose repliedLol good thinking
Just know that no matter what the issue, you still have the best avatar on this entire site owo

So, I just read a whole article that basically sums up my thoughts on why it's stupid to review a whole series like KH by picking the one right in the middle to play first. If you're gonna go into a story-centric videogame series, actually start from the beginning.
Forever repliedMeh, maybe the guy's a newcomer to reviews. Either that, or he doesn't take himself very seriously.
Kaweebo repliedIt was a woman named Stephanie Carmichael, who I've the heard the name of a couple times. Dunno how long she's been writing articles, but this is just common sense.
Forever repliedWell it matter not the gender of the reviewer....one does NOT simply pluck a random game from the KH series and hopes to understand it. That's almost as bad as the people who claim the non-console games aren't important.
