I agree with having Scar as of the best Disney villains. Jafar, Maleficent, Ursula, Frollo, and Hades are up there as well

The marching scene is eerily similar to Nazi footage, he calls himself "teacher" (as did Hitler), "a shining new era" (Third Reich), there's beams of light pointing up similar to the Cathedral of Light (where a lot of Hitler's rallys were)

Scar makes the fit for a Disney villan I mean when I first faced him in KH2 I went all the way back to Rafiki's place to save after I beat the hyenas because I knew he was a big deal.
