    In my opinion, if story doesn't matter in video games, then WHY is Tales of Zestiria going to get an anime this year?

    Seeing how they seem to cater more to the Japanese market than to the Western market, that would make sense. Another possibility is that the developers for Tales of Zestiria made a deal with an anime studio before releasing the game. To make a comparison, the developers for Smash Bros contracted anime Studio Shaft to animate Palutena's release trailer. It's possible they agreed to make an anime before they released the game.

    I know this should have been said in a topic that i've posted, but I'm going to say it now: in my opinion a good game isn't a JUST a game that has good gameplay. I think it should have a very well written story as well.

    I dislike tales of graces f because I think it evolves around the numbers way too much then it does. For example. When you use free run in the game, your numbers or whatever they are called goes down until it reaches 0. I honestly think that was kinda unnecessary.

    I agree that the free run sucks in Graces,its slow and it wastes the number,I barely use it in that game.Its much better in Xillia and Zestiria because it doesn't waste anything and you run much faster in those games.

    I'm going to take people's word for it and believe that the Tales of Zestiria anime is going to be good because they did a really good job with making some visual novels in anime.

    Studies have shown that even if you prove a person's opinion wrong and invalid, people say that they feel as though their opinion is valid to them and will still defend them. There are barely any facts in video games is what i'm trying to say

    I honestly think that I'm getting better at taking people's opinions, but I'm still kinda sensitive with some opinions. I hope to stop taking opinions to heart by the end of this year.
