    No way, Z would had been X and Y all over again with some extra story line and meta game. Sun and Moon is WAY bigger news, in my opinion.

    X and Y were underwhelming. They needed to add something to make that region memorable like what they added back in emerald. Now Kalos will just be the incomplete region

    I agree but maybe they're still planning on making it in the future. They just want to be more unpredictable.

    Still, I think that Sun and Moon is a lot more exciting. I can't wait for the hype train to run its course again, with all those fun reveals till the actual release.

    @Elbow: I agree, X and Y weren't memorable in terms of unique region stuff, especially with the Hoenn remakes.

    People are whining about the Direct showing nothing new, but the leak's to blame for that. If S/M weren't leaked yesterday, we'd all probably be excited. I sure as heck know I am, though.

    Exactly. People are all salty because of the leak. This is what happens when fans try to reveal things too early before the official announcement

    To be fair, this leak wasn't the fans' fault. A European trademark site put up the information too early. Still, people need to keep in mind that the surprise for this one was ruined. They'd be reacting very differently if it wasn't for the leak.

    It's good to see that people here are excited. I've been seeing a lot of people say that it was a bad Direct just because S/M were leaked a day early. :/

    Pretty much. xD Even with the lack of gameplay footage, I'm excited. I was thinking about avoiding any news on the game anyway so I could go into it without knowing what to expect, so this works well if I do end up doing that.

    I definitely preferred this over a trailer just randomly being tossed up on Pokemon's YouTube page like back when OR/AS were announced. Just knowing that the game is in development and coming this year is enough for me. The detail about R/B/Y working with Pokemon Bank was also really cool, too.

    You I hope that the evil team for Sun and Moon won't be completely goofy like with Team Flare. They're my least favorite team because I couldn't takem them seriously. I hope the new team will be dead serious and a little dark.

    KH1MF is only difficult because of the attack where he basically locks all abilities you have. I hate when bosses are hard because of a ridiculous move that can't be avoided. I had half hp and he hit me from across the stage with it, there's no reason for it to have so much range

    I did but he used it back to back so she faded then I didn't have her anymore. I wouldn't complain if the release came up earlier but I can't get it without guessing and getting lucky without losing half my hp.

    True, Xemnas in KH1 isn't that strong apart from that attack. I like it, though, it's quite an original idea (that was then used again with Terra's Armour) and it made it a lot harder to beat!
