It's kinda funny how the best 2 Final Fantasy titles in the last decade are an MMO and a sprite based RPG coming next month that isn't even titled Final Fantasy yet carries the spirit and fun of the series more than some of the numbered titles ironically enough

Mystics Apprentice repliedOhh, yes, I've seen that one; it looks absolutely amazing. I don't have a switch yet, but between Octopath Traveler and FE Three Houses I'm tempted to get one. I just fear another console like the Wii U.
Dio Brando repliedTrust me the Switch is nothing like the monstrosity that is the Wii U.It's already successful with over 20 million units sold in less than a year,much better interface,much better hardware,no stupid gimmicks shoved down your throat like the Wii U's gamepad and best of all:Masterpieces like Breath of the wild and Super Mario Odyssey

I highly recommend one but I'd say wait till the holidays when Smash Bros ultimate comes out cuz I'm sure there will be lots of discounts for the system
Mystics Apprentice repliedThat's relieving to hear. I bought a Wii U and felt that it's life span was cut short, and only a handful of its games were really worth playing to me. There was a lot of garbage released for that console. And, like you mentioned, the stupid gimmicks were just way too much. I'm so glad to hear that the Switch is improved. I used to be a huge old-school Nintendo fan and really missed what Nintendo used to be about. I should really give the Switch a try. Thanks for the recomm...

KH1 is the only KH game I own that I don't have the Ultima Weapon in... I've been at it on and off for three months now... tedious imo.
Merilly repliedGood luck with that! I always find these grinding type of quests a little irksome depending on the outcome and how it's done. KH has fun gameplay so it was still somewhat manageable but sometimes I also think it's not worth the effort for a post-game item. =_= Maybe it's the reluctance to spend too much time on a task that is only somewhat rewarding because there are so many games to play.
Merilly repliedAgreed. I like doing what I can, even give certain things several tries like secret bosses, but when it stops being fun and/or rewarding, I'll call it quits. A trophy is not really worth the effort if I can play a whole other game in that time and it's not even fun to achieve. For example, I simply can't stand most minigames.
Merilly repliedI don't know why, but they're the bane of my existence. I'm not even particularly bad at them, I just feel like they rip me out of the story.

. I'm no pro and have polyneuropathy and epicondylopathy,so these "cheaty" strategies are really helpful. They still take a few tries but it's better than nothing. Only beat the Valkyrie Queen with that in GoW. >_<Merilly repliedSame here. It would be alright if they're purely optional but the way BBS handled them was simply annoying. Especially Fruit Ball.
That's understandable. To be honest, I did not think I would enjoy GoW this much since the previous titles were alright at best but I love character interaction the most, especially between family and friends and I thought that was actually rather sweet. But I can understand why it won't appeal to others.

Taking on Young Xehanort in bbsfm. I've gotten him down pretty far but then he vanishes and insta-kills me. (I'm using the Thunder Surge method)
AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedSpam dodging and use Thunder Surge towards him whenever you see an opening (When he casts tornado or does the aerial X strike). Just dodge a lot and you should be fine. If you're playing with Terra go more aggresive and spam Thunder Surge as often as possible. Hope this helps!

He always kills you in 2-3 hits and doesn't get down much faster at lvl 99 than he does at lvl 40. The only difference is that you usually have more things unlocked if you level up normally but other than that...
It's an interesting fight. Challenging, but really quick with a bit of luck and the right technique. It was nice to see a boss you did not need to level or have insane skills or dedi...
