If we are to replace Sikota as the shipping lord, then the only proper way to redistribute the power would be to appoint and elect a council to take his place.

    give reasoning for your claim of bias then. Riki may be second in command, but if memory serves me correctly, is also the only one to join the supposed league. That power bias alone warrants suspicion on true authority. Unless the lord has named a true successor to the throne and/or has appointed a vindicator to assist the squire during their time of leave, then the power of official shipping still resides with the absent lord.

    First, the claim still stands for there is no acceptable third party to verify your authority. Regardless of ill intent or not, this glaring flaw in the claim of authority will nullify your actions and claim.

    Second, If and only if you can prove, without a doubt, that Sikota authorizes you to act on his behalf until his return to the site, no matter how brief, by which you shall then relinquish said power, shall the claim of authority be recognized by me.
