Mystics Apprentice repliedI feel very similarly. I loved Volume 3, but 4 just hasn't really delivered and has been a disappointment. I feel that no progress is being made and the entire volume has been spent just establishing the characters and not doing much plot-wise. I wish there wasn't so much stagnancy and more plot growth.
AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedIt's not only dissapointing plot-wise. The character development feels like it's been done a 100 times before to the point that it's too predictable to care. Some moments have been copy-pasted from other shows (cough,cough Blake-Father moment, cough). The action scenes are all (except 2) downright BAD! To the point that fan made animations can do better. Then we have awkward and unfunny dialogue mixed with awkward character movements that look unrealistic. I don't know why...
AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedI don't know why this is happening. Volume 3 wasn't great but at least it kept a level of decency. This one just doesn't work.
