    The presents here are in the living room next to the front door and when I look back from the computer I see them under the tree. I WANT THEM NOW! Also when we get to open them it will be a mad house for everyone! lol

    Gamestop has DDD for preorder, but it doesn't give the "in-store pickup" option :( I won't preorder until it does.

    If you can preorder it online, you should be able to in the store then. Just go there.

    I did, but it says in red "not available for in-store pickup". I don't want to pre-order it without that option because then the transaction will have the shipping charges on it.

    It does not! Only the older PS3s which are no longer made!

     

    Save for a PS2 with gift money or something. PS2s are like $100, and that's the cheapest system on the market.

    Noooo, it depends on WHEN the PS3 was made. It's only the really early models that can.

    I'm pretty sure you can look up your exact model on Google to see if it's among the early ones that could play PS2 games.

    Here's what I found:

    The 20GB, 60GB, and the older 80GB model can play PS2 games

     

    The 40GB, Newer 80GB, and the 160GB model currently can't play PS2 games.
