Way to the dawn, because symbolism (and I really like Riku's character arc). But I like Oathkeeper too.

It is either the "'Kingdom Key'" or (my original designed) "'Destiny's Road'"!!

I think that Oathkeeper would have to rank as my top favorite Keyblade name. Just the name of it has a nice ring, and it also has an important symbolic significance to the story! I loved how it was obtained in the first Kingdom Hearts, after Sora promised Kairi that he'd come back to her and return the good luck charm that she had given him! And overall, I just love the design as well!

 

Second place would have to go to Stormfall! It just sounds so epic and grim! Gotta love me some Aqua!

 

Third place would have to be Two Become One, because I love the play on words there, of Sora and Roxas literally becoming one! Gotta love that symbolism!
