Kingdom Hearts 3 is almost here. How are you going to play it?

Posted

With Kingdom Hearts 3 around the corner, I am sure most of us have planned on our playthrough of KH3. How are you going to play KH3? Are you going to 100% it? Just only going for the story? Playing on the hardest mode, or with a friend?

I plan on playing on Proud Mode and at least try to 100% it. I want to enjoy it to the fullest, so if there is a critical mode, i will also play on that.

Here's my plan for Kingdom Hearts 3.

Step 1: Buy Kingdom Hearts 3 on release day

Step 2: Play Kingdom Hearts 3 on Proud Mode.

Step 3: Play Story Mode first in my first Kingdom Hearts 3 playthrough.

Step 4: Level grind the hell outta of the game before the final worlds.

Step 5: Beat the game.

And Step 6: Play the game the second time to get a 100% at it's fullest.

Gonna play it first time on proud mode blind, no looking up anything. Then make some videos on it.

Then probably play story again on critical, but proud will probably be the one I try to 100%.

Proud is probably the worst Mode so I'm not touching that.

I want to do a blind Critical run but I don't trust Osaka's game design, so that's out.

I guess I'm sticking with a Standard Mode story run.

Will most likely play on standard first due to 0.2's lackluster floaty combat system. What i've seen from the trailers doesn't look too promising either in terms of improvements. I'll hold off on critical until i play through the game once

I'm likely going to be playing the game with my sister when it comes out. But first I have to make her get caught up with The Story So Far. What mode will I play it on? Either Standard or Proud Mode. I use to play KHII all the time in Proud Mode, but for my first playthrough I want to really enjoy the game and get a feel for it before I make it a challenge. The only problem is Standard is sometimes a bit too easy for me, and I don't want the game to be too easy. So I don't know. I'll try to 100% the game as best I can but no promises on my first playthrough.

Probably as I've always done it: standard, then proud mode.

I'll most likely attempt Proud mode... then fail so go for Standard or Beginner. I've never had good luck with my first attempts at games on high difficulty, my Devil May Cry file is proof (it's on Normal and I haven't gotten past Shadow... mostly due to stupidity XP)

I'll pick it up on release day, then probably binge on standard. Standard is sometimes too easy for me, too, but I want to get a feel for it before ramping up the difficulty. When I finish I'll probably cry

Just like with 0.2 Fragmentary Passage Critical will not be available until a full clear has been done. So that is not happening

1. Take a full week of holiday
2. Pray for the disc to arrive on time
3. Walk slowly to admire every rock, every flower designed with love by the Nomura team
4. Occasionally eat
5. Occasionally shower
6. Finish the game with tears
7. Become officially an adult

That's pretty much it.

Bro why you gotta steal my plans like this

I only got 2 days off and it was my goal to finally become an Adult

I am 27. You? ?

1: Buy Kingdom Hearts 3

2: Wait till the Day One Patch comes

3: Play it through Proud Mode

4: Grind and Take my time getting a 100% of the Game

With tissue boxes next to me. I will be needing them. xD

Career

Looks like I will have a busy year.

Once I get the game from PSN I plan on playing the game on standard mode and mainly focusing on the main story then once I’m done with the main story, I will do all the optional quests.

Me too, I like to make sure I know what I'm doing before I ramp up the difficulty

Edit: Forgot to mention, I might play the Japanese version first. Depends. If I do, I won't spoil anything.
