I was planning on getting it anyways, just cuz I love me some Nintendo, but once I saw the E3 announcement with the small mention of KH3D I knew that I had to absolutely own this system.

But I would have gotten Zelda Oot, Mario 3D Land, and the new Paper Mario game

I bought it mainly for KH3D, and I knew there would be other games I would be interested in. Plus, the top screen and L shoulder button on my DS Lite isn't working properly. That's the other reason.

Yeah, pretty much bought it only for Dream Drop Distance. I never had a DS system before that, so it also meant I was able to play Days and Re:Coded. I got OoT and Kid Icarus: Uprising too, because I could, and they're good games. So...yeah.

Nope, I am a big Nintendo fan. Which means I am VERY loyal to Nintendo and will pretty much buy any of their systems because I know that they will make games that will interest and amaze me. Getting it just for KH is the most stupid and awesome reason to even own a console/hanheld. Why buy it for one game when there are tons of other great games out there waiting to be played?

I bought a gameboy advance years ago for chain of memories, I bought a psp for birth by sleep, I bought a 3ds for ddd and a few years ago I bought a ps3 because of all the rumors that kh3 will come out for the ps3. worst part is I never even used it and it somehow got the yellow light of death. TT_TT

I bought the 3Ds for Kingdom Hearts 3D i preorder the game on amazon it was my duty.

Well i bought a 3ds only for kh3d, but i did buy super mario 3d land too and i gotta say.......holy shit! what a great game.

I havent played mario in 12 years, and when i played 3d land i understood again why mario is so great. i played it like crazy and i got ALL he big stars haha

Nice, I got all the gold coins as well. Glad to see that you tried out another 3DS game. There are are other games that are twice as good as KH3D that you will love. Like SM3DL, MK7, and Kid icarus. I recomment that you buy those games. they are great.

i am so confused ,i want a 3ds only for KH3D but on the other hand besides kh3d i dont think that there is any other 3ds game that i may enjoy,so i cant decide if i should buy one just for KH3D :wacko:

I'm getting a 3DS largely bc of DDD, but I was going to get it anyways bc there are so many great games for it and I've been using the same DSPhat for like ever lol. So I think it's time to trade up.

Nah, I had one anyway before I read there was a KH game coming out on the 3DS. I just got one cause I wanted one; DDD is an epic bonus that comes from having one, for me.

 

I did however buy a PS2 solely for KH1 & KH2, as well as having my best friend recently give me his PSP (to keep [&for free]) so that I could buy and play BBS.

 

Not looking forward to all the money I'll have to end up spending on either a PS3 or PSVita or whatever else console they decide to make everyone buy for a game next, though...

 

Except I'm probably in the minority in the sense that everyone seems to have PS3s these days.

Sure, I'm buying a 3DS to play Kh3D, but when games I want start coming out, I'll buy them, too.

KH3D was an incentive, but the bunch of other great games coming out as well helped too.

I kind of always wanted it but when I heard that KH3D is coming to it, I really wanted it.

 

Mom saw KH COM-game somewhere and decided to buy it. Month later, on christmas, we got our Game Boy's

In New Zealand the PS3 is only marginally more than a 3DS. About $350 for the 3DS as compared to the $450 ish price for the 160GB model. For me its a no-brainer that a PS3 is better value (dozens of good games to choose from as opposed to 5)

 

But handhelds are cooler, so yeah. Once there is an emulator for 3DS that works I'll be sorted (after spending $1000 on a pwn computer can't really afford a 3DS or PS3 but yeah . . . )

its what gave me the final push in the end, there were other games i might have gotten for it like resident evil but they werent enough to make me buy one, but KH was

I'm still going to buy the 3DS just for that game, but I might try out Kid Icaurs: Uprising as well.

I bought it for this game, but I will also buy other games....and hopefully they release the final Golden Sun on it, that would be a major bonus!

No, there's lots of other games I wanted for the 3DS like...like. Uhm. I thought about getting Tales of the Abyss but now I don't see a point since there's no new scenes. Right now I'm saving up for the PS3 because FFX HD was announced.
