Wow, it's already been 10 years since Kingdom Hearts released for the PS2. I'm so happy the series has come so far. Well, I just want to express my thoughts on Kingdom Hearts. Even though this wasn't the first Kingdom Hearts game that I played,(The one that I played first was Kingdom Hearts 2) I really have to praise this game. Not only did it begin the phenomenon smash hit video game series that we all know and love today, it motivated people with its incredible story. I was blown away by how awesome this game was when I played it,and I still love it. Nomura definitely did good by doing this awesome game. I really love this game. My favorite moments have got to be the ones where Riku and Sora confront each other, and my favorite battle has got to be with Riku in Hollow Bastion. I also loved beating up Ansem with the Ultima Weapon. The story of this game really moved me, as both Sora and Riku decided to save Kairi in their own way. I like the combat style and the graphics are gorgeous. And now, 10 years later, this video game series has a devoted following. Good job Nomura, you now have a trillion Kingdom Hearts fans around the world. so guys, what are you favorite moments or battles in Kingdom Hearts? =)

I've loved every moment of the series . . . except for maybe Atlantica in KH2

Everything was awesome.

Sora with both Donald and Goofy confronting Riku in his Dark Mode and with Sora making his speech about how his weapon is his Heart.

Favorites Moments: 1- Sora takes the keyblade back from Riku

2- secret ending

3- Riku calls for Sora

4- Sora becoming a heartless

5-Ending

Battles: 1- Sora vs Riku (after Sora gets his keyblade back)

2- Riku stopping Ansem (it's not a battle,but,i think have a fight Riku vs Ansem when Kairi goes away)

3- Sora vs Maleficent

4- Roxas vs Riku (Deep Dive)

5- Sora vs Dark Sora

Just the entire ending is my favorite. Ansem was such an epic beast with all his darkness speaches, and Sora just had the perfect retorts...

Sora crying (it's kinda funny though)

I can't decide, but definetely not Atlantica.

Nomura has proven to be a master storyteller with this game.

We can all remember crying when Sora became a heartless.

Either feeling badass after winning the race against Riku, or ashamed because the raft didn't have the name of your choice ;_;. Like me

Cheering when you won against a boss with all your effort.

Even remembering if you rage quit.

From beginning to end, this game has filled us with all sorts of emotions. This is why Kingdom Hearts 1 is my favorite game of the series.

defeating Vanitas's Lingering & Mysterious Figure in Birth by Sleep..it took 3 weeks for Vanitas and 2 weeks for Mysterious Figure

 

Awesomeness.

My favorite moment was when i first fought final Xemnas

It was a few days after kh2 was released and my sister was waiting for me to retutn from school to see the final part

we didnt know anything about riku at that point and we were surprised when we found out that he had Ansems appearance

Then riku took back his old form and joined Sora for the final battle

We were so excited and the battles were epic,amazing reaction commands giving a cinematic view to the game,and in the end seeing Sora fighting together with his best friend was an amazing feeling,it felt like the two most powerfull guys in kh were fighting back to back which means complete obliteration for their enemies

But it's impossible for me to list it all.

I remember being 3-4 watching my older sisters playing kh1 while hiding under the cover http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png then 7 years later I decided to try it and now I have all the games *_*

Somuch stuff

I have 3 favorite moments. They are:

 

1) Sora confronts Riku in Hollow Bastion in the beginning of the first visit, where you fight him in Dark Mode after getting Donald and Goofy back.

2) Riku (possessed) stabs Maleficent with the Keyblade of People's Hearts.

3) Riku (possessed) about to fight Sora (I love that whole cutscene.)

Yeah, I know, I have lots of love for Hollow Bastion.

I have 4 favorite bosses. They are:

1) Riku (possessed). He's just epic. Nothing else.

2) Maleficent in the Castle Chapel. Always wanted to kill the witch, ever since I saw the movie.

3) Ansem, Seeker of Darkness. Fighting him alone as Sora.

4) Oogie Boogie in the Torture Chamber. It's a fun way to fight a boss.

This game had the my 3 fav cutscenes:

1)Sora's Sacrifice to give Kairi her heart

2)Sora finding out that Kairi's was inside of him

3)when Kairi gave Sora her good luck charm

It also had my favorite boss in the series which was Dark Riku-Ansem

For KH1 I'd have to say the Hollow Bastion scene where Sora confronts Riku, hands down. Most epic part of the game, and the best battle. Then theres after the battle, when Sora releases his heart, so touching. I loved every moment of all the games though.

My favorite moment was the show down in Hollow Bastion with Riku, that was the most memorable scene(s) for me and then Sora stabbing himself with the Keyblade to free Kairi's heart along with the Princess' hearts. His smile before stabbing himself kinda broke my heart and I really thought that was going to be the end at the time.

Well, I won't lie, I love just about every moment of KH, the story anyway(we could all live without Atlantica in KH1), esspecialy all the building ups and the climax's where you were all like "Oh my goddness!", but the honest answer is that the thing that really got me intriged about the game was the beginning scene- epic graphics, music, forshadowing the games story. After seeing that, I made sure I was there everytime my bro played, and now I play and love it!
