Yeah back when I was in high school they suffered a little, but I always managed to still get a's and b's. Nowadays I take my education very seriously so I don't let video games get in the way.

Nope. They usually stay decent and I stay away from video games if I need them to be higher.

No, but my makeup works takes forever because I'm lazy.

I am actually having trouble right now.  One of my classes is very confusing, and hard to follow.  This led me to play video games in excess.  If I understand some classes relatively well, I can normally keep my gaming in check.  I have hidden my video game stuff until the semester is over.

One word..well actually maybe two: Maplestory.

I played that game way too much my freshman year of high school and my grades suffered because of it. Well not bad like straight F's or something, just I didn't do as well as I could have done, because I spent a huge chunk of time playing that game. After that I got my shiet in order though. Now though its like I rarely have time for that anymore.

Not really.

Let's just say the day I got Assassin's Creed 3 (at midnight of course) I took a calculus quiz the next day and only got a B. No sleep in between either. Not too shabby I would say, but hell, if I ever did that again I'd probably explode.

Sometimes. OwO

It's usually kh13 or Skype that make my grades awful. ;_;

My teachers usually let me make up the work, though! :)

About 100 percent of my educational life until college/university was spent trying to make sure my homework didn't get in the way of my gaming.

Nope, if my grades are suffering it's because I didn't want to study. I don't play games that much either.

A little bit. It started spring time 2 years ago when I just got BbS....had a project due for a mean teacher, spent most of my time playing and blah. But it was only the last 2 months of school, so not too bad. Last year was the worst, mostly because I was so stressed and tired after sporting events and school that my brain was mush so all I could do was play video games. Whatever work I didn't finish in school wasn't really getting done at home >.< After a while I just shoved the gaming stuff away and focused on school...my grades got a lot better ^^ Now I go straight to my desk, work, then play :DD

Not at all. When my grades become low, it's due to confusing lessons.

When I need to raise my grades I push aside gaming entirely. ._. You could say that it's school that gets in the way.

Nope.

Nope

Personally, school isn't that hard. Which is why I have time to play video games. But not really a problem.

No not really, my grades just suck cause I don't care .-.

This is how I felt.

School never gives you a reason to care anyway. I got straight Ds and Fs because i played so many video games.

During the school year, and especially during the school week, I just about cut myself off from video games completely, with the exception of those rare occasions when I have no homework or anything. Im really good about restraining myself and focusing on school.

I have a problem with procrastination I have noticed.  I am pretty good about working on stuff at school and trying to get as much well work as I can done before the bell l rings, but once I get home that concentration goes out the window, even when I try to focus on my homework, it still takes me longer to do it than it would have at school.  Although, I think part of the reason is that my ADD medicine starts to wear off by then.

Nevah!! I play video games and i never study and my  grades have always been fine

I would have to be in school for this to apply to me, but if I were in school......doubt it.

Well, only sometimes. But if I have really important school work to do, then I stay away from games. Such as right now; I have to make a DNA model and research paper for Biology 11... I'm on KH13 right now. Dammit.

I'm homeschooled. So no.
