Be more competent.  Though I shouldn't need a particular time of year to decide to work towards that.

I almost never make resolutions, mostly because I never keep them.

Have more self confidence

Being less afraid of people especially my seniors

Keep myself in control..over many things orz

Be more socialable

 

ok I guess these are pretty much unachievable lol (how many years I have made resolutions like these and failed)
