May 23, 201312 yr I would like to, but I think my obesity is written in my genes. Second, I also have asthma, so extreme exercises that helps lose weight is a nightmare for me to do. Finally, I am half Puerto Rican, so that means eating fatty foods like fried pork and rice/beans every single day.

May 23, 201312 yr I enjoy riding my bike ^^ I also practice archery but I'm waiting for new limbs for my bow to make it a higher weight so my arrows will shoot straighter. And then I will be Katniss.
May 23, 201312 yr Im actually just getting back into it! Im going to walk 15 minutes after each meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner), then do pilates 3 days a week to tone my arms and stomach, and squats to hopefully get a bigger butt haha. Im the laziest person EVER so its hard for me to get back into it, but Im definitely motivated now
May 23, 201312 yr Almost everyday, like about an hour or two, i never eat junk food at all nor soda just water so yeah gotta stay healthy

May 23, 201312 yr I love to run but the weather has kept my inside for a little while. That, and not getting much sleep. Oh well, school will be out soon. I'll get to sleep in and run around this summer.

May 23, 201312 yr I used to jog every third day back when I was a Uni student...nowadays I'm lucky if I ever get a weekend to myself for jogging ~ luckily my job means I never sit down for more than 5 mins but I guess that doesn't constitute the definition of exercise.."To stress the body to the point where you create physiological changes in improvements to either strength and/or cardiovascular fitness"...or something like that
