I like how you don't need to change the battery in this one, but yeah, it's non-branded so it could be not worth it...

Unless I find a need for the second stick in general, I don't think I'd get it. Name brands don't matter to me, as long as it works.

It looks a lot nicer than the current one, and increases battery life on top of it. I am pretty sure the Nyko brand is trusted, as I know a lot of people on the 3DS forums who have bought one of their extended batteries.

 

I think that if I were to get one of the circle pad add-ons, it would be this one. But I am not going to, as I am getting the KHDDD case from the MoM Edition.

I fapped at how sexy it looked. Still not buying it though.

EDIT: I searched for RPG games for the 3DS...Currently there's only few RPG games..

like Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked...it's like Persona 3(if you know persona...)

it's DS version is very fun so maybe the 3DS is better

I have both OoT and Kid Icarus. Highly recommend both. And I think Theatrythm kinda counts as some form of RPG and rhythm game combined? So that too, when it comes out, if that's what you enjoy

It's a rhyth game, but Rhtym Thief & The Emperor's Treasure is an RPG, it comes out July 10 in NA it's out everywhere else.

 

There's a Professor Layton game coming out in October in EU and November in NA called The Miracle Mask, it's a Puzzler RPG

 

And Fire Emblem comes out next year, which I think is a Stratagy RPG

 

Heroes of Ruin is out in EU and comes out in NA on July 17

 

Those are all the RPG's I can think of, but that's quite a bit and there'll be a lot more in the future.

Other than KH (obviously), Ocarina of Time is the first thing that comes to mind and it's absolutely amazing. I completed it (the storyline) in about three days I think, but that was cause I was so into the game I barely slept. It's awesome.

 

Oh yeah, Animal Crossing is coming out in Europe (and probably NA too at this rate) in the first half of 2013. There's also Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle (lol, MoM. KH MoM Edition and Prof Layton MoM. ) which is coming out later this year (what VoidXName said above me)... and I haven't played Kid Icarus, but it does look good. Oh and I'm planning on getting the Harvest Moon: A New Beginning which looks pretty good and I think is kinda RPGish? But yeah, those are all I can think of from personal preference at least.

Like everyone said. Ocarina of Time 3D is an awesome game. So is Kid Icarus that I bought recently.

I have yet to buy Tales of Abyss but I heard good things about it.

Fire Emblem Awakening seems pretty epic too. But we'll have to wait til early 2013.

Its not an rpg but Acecombat Assault Horizon Legacy is pretty good. Its just like acecombat 04 for the Ps2

I don't think Ocarina of Time is actually an RPG, but it is close enough. I personally didn't enjoy Ocarina of Time, but others seem to like it. Kid Icarus also isn't really an RPG, but it is fun.

I forgot to mention if you haven't played SMT:DS and are looking at buying it for the 3ds, I'd suggest buying the original for the DS because the VA in Overlocked is awful and I don't believe it's in 3D. And the DS version is MUCH cheaper and it's still the same exact game, minus the awful VA (which can be turned off in the 3DS version, but it's still not really worth it IMO).

I only have Tales of the Abyss for the 3DS but uh it plays DS games as well so why not look into some good DS games as well? A few off the top of my head are FF4, FF The 4 Heroes of Light, Fire Emblem (if you like the strategies type games) and uh, Kingdom Hearts Days/coded? I have more but I can't think of any

KH3D obviously, and Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time.

Yeah, don't forget you can also play Nintendo DS' RPG as well !

So I can advice you to play : Final Fantasy III, FFIV, FFTactics A2, FFXII : RW, etc...

 

And Bravely Default, wich will come on 3DS and looks amazing dude. Dude, ha ha, I love this word.

yeah i am in the beginning with Stocke and i am slowly trying to learn the game mechanics,so far it looks really good,i have seen a youtube LP of this game it i was really impressed
