It'll cost about $170 and it'll look brand new. You could even get the color changed and a different memory card. The works!

  • If the 3D is on, it's in 3D. If the 3D is off, then it is not in 3D.

Everybody is talking about the 3D being on. There are benefits to having it off; smoother graphics are guaranteed (3D halves the resolution, as far as I can tell) but sometimes other things, like a higher framerate, occur in 2D mode.

Additionally, 3D doesn't work for everybody, and even with people it does work for, odds are will cause some eye strain before your eyes adjust.

Me personally, I had no problems with the 3D whatsoever, but literally everybody I know who has tried it HAS had trouble so...

even though the graphics is cooler than the DS xPPPP...3d being on or off :P

The 3DS is more powerful than the Wii, which is more powerful than the PS2, which is more powerful than the PSP, which is more powerful than the DS

So yes, one way or another, it'll look better than the DS or PSP

EDIT: Derp, misread DS xPPPP as "DS * Multiplied by* PSP"

Oh well, my point stands >.>

it gives a certain depth to the graphics, making it seems kinda more realistic, you dont really see a difference until you actually turn the 3d off though

besides for some peopl 3d just doesnt work. either it hurts there eyes, or hurts them in some way. but 3d is way better than 2d viewing because the graphics become higher and better resolution, but also 2d looks better if u just want one, clear screen without effects to see the game more clearly.

No, it hurts my eyes and/or gives me a headache.

What the screen does is while the 3D is on, depending on how high you put up the slider, the screen will show two of the same image. One for your left eye and one for your right eye. This gives the 3D effect and it works really well (depending on the game).

can't wait to see how it works..I'll try the 3D on and off to see the difference :D

I dont use it for any thing except for Super Mario Land 3D and sometimes Sonic Generations.

"Do you use your video game console's main feature?".

What would be the point of it otherwise?

umm long story short xD

my 3ds is broken in half and i need to get it fix, the top and bottom screens are disconnected is it possible to get it fix BEFORE KH3D COMES OUT?

and if it is, where can i get it fix (internet website ect) and how much will it most likely cost ;w;?

Thanks!

This is probably the first time I heard of this....

I don't really know though, I think you have to buy another one.

How did it break though?

I literally LOL'D at this

Could you maybe take a picture? If there are broken parts or if either of the screens don't work then it might not be reparable before DDD release.

The best way is to send it in to nintendo so they can fix it there number is 1800-255-3700 call them and they tell you what to do.

I doubt it can be fixed by you... Sorry. but there's a place you can send it so they can fix it. I dont remember what it's called, so ask whoever sold it to u. I think it'll work as long as you're warrenty still applies. Sorry if that didn't make sense...

Umm i need some advice... I just noticed that a pixel on my 3DS top screen went dark. It that normal (probably not)? I mean, a pixel isn't much, but I don't want it to get any worse. Does anyone have any idea what could have caused it and how to prevent it from getting worse?
