Yep! All three of them. I have yet to play LR, but I'm not sure if I could say I'm halfway through FFXIII-2. College is interfering my gaming times.

I don't have any of them, XIII-2 is the only one I'll ever get, and that's only if I like it after renting it.

I only have Lightning Returns. Still never beat it, left it be at the 95% mark just like the other two.

Wow, what surprising results thus far . . . .

This is me in a nutshell.  I've completed XIII and XIII-2, but haven't managed to get to Lightning Returns yet.  I do own it, though.

I own FFXIII and XIII-2. Haven't played LR yet.

I don't have any of the FFXIII games. I didn't like the first two games and while LR:FFXIII was promessing,I'd rather not buy it,I don't want to be disappointed and I want Square Enix to move on to something else.

I don't own any of them because all 3 games suck.

Almost every Sonic game sucks. :P

Own them all, love them all.

I only got the first two.  I plan to get Lightning Returns next month though!  I just want to get high school out of the way first.  :D

There's no option for just the first one? That's the only one I have.

And why do people dislike the games so much? What's wrong with them (the games)? All I hear is "the games suck". How so? I've had fun with the one I have.

No.  Used to the have the first two, but had to trade them individually for other games.  I still have LR, but haven't beaten it yet.

FF7 and 8 are the only FF games I have. Never really been THAT interested in the series so I find no reason to buy FFXIII. FFXV interests me though...

Well as much as I love the Sonic games I can even admit that almost every game sucks and are nowhere near as good as the classic ones. But it's true that the FF XIII trilogy is the mosted hated and my least favorite in the FF franchise.

And people also hate change. You said it yourself you've never played them. Seriously, at least give the games a chance. They're dirt cheap now.

Own all of them

XIII:Bored me to death

XIII-2:Was awesome and an underrated game

Lightning Returns FFXIII:Worst RPG I've ever played in my entire life, not kidding or exaggerating,I'm dead serious

Well, I've rented XIII and hated it because the game does everythig for you plus you go on a linear pathway and if your team leader dies then it's automatic game over. And I'ved played the demo of XIII-2 and although I did like how they made the environment more explorable I didn't like how they kept the ATB system. Then I played Lightning Returns and I ended up loving the demo because the gameplay was a big step-up from XIII and XIII-2's gameplay. I was originally going to buy it day 1 but then after looking up more info and watching the trailers I decided not to buy it on day 1 since it had too much fanservice, sidequests, and worst off all pointless battles where you get no EXP from defeating enemies. Also, change isn't always a good thing. Just look what happened to the Parasite Eve series with the change it had in The 3rd Birthday.

Active Time Battle system? Most FINAL FANTASY games have it.

And that's why FINAL FANTASY XIII is one the hardest platinums ever.

Yeah but in XIII and XIII-2 you couldn't even choose what attack you wanted to do against enemies. Everything was just done for you which became a huge turn off for me unlike in all the other FF games.

Yes you could choose what attack you wanted to do. I always had the choice of exactly what I wanted to do.

It's hard to platinum only because if you even missed one...ONE treasure chest, you can't go back to previous areas to get it,which means if you passed one by mistake...you're utterly f***ed and you have to redo the whole game all over again just for that one treasure chest you've missed

Tons of games have trophy requirements you can easily miss. And even if you do get all the treasures it's still very hard. Plus considering how linear it is, you shouldn't miss any.

I had bought the third one, but I only played maybe an hour of it and then gave up. I just didn't feel right while playing it. I ended up trading it back in for funds towards another game I wanted at the time. I'm actually glad I did, because when I watched a playthrough on YouTube, I realized that I did not care for it. There were some aspects that I liked, but overall it just fell flat. I'm still sticking with my feeling that they just should have stayed with the first one and left it at that. I just felt that next two completely tore us away from what was initially a great game and story by itself.

But it's a bad design when one mistake can cause you reset the entire game just for ONE achievement that you can't obviously achieve on your first playthrough

why can't I revisit previous places like every single FF game before this, why aren't there any kind of NPC to interact with, why the first 9 chapters feels like a tutorial as you won't be even able to fully use the battle system the way it meant to be until you actually beat the game, why is my leveling up capped until I beat the boss of the chapter, why aren't there any kind of towns,mini-games or anything to do in the futuristic world of cocoon, why can I only use one summon when each of my party members has their own eidolons, why can't I switch leaders mid battle like in XIII-2,why can I only run down a hallway, watch a cutscene, beat some enemies, watch another cutscene, run down a hallway, watch a cutscene, beat a boss....rence and repeat.

The fact that XIII-2 fixed almost all that and more proves that they recognized the fatal flaws in XIII.If running down a hallway not being able to go back isn't a fatal flaw then I don't know what it is

Nope, I don't have any of them (yet...)
