What is your game of the year so far?

Definitely Mario Kart 8!  It's the best video game purchase I've made in a while.

As much as played through Kirby, it's not GotY material.

And Lightning Returns I have mostly the same feelings that I had towrds Final Fantasy XIII-2 (not necessarily bad, but not GotY material and certainly not the best Square Enix can do).

I'd say Bravery Default: Flying Fairy, but I got to play that when it came out in Japan.

Now I can play it English, but I count it as 2012.

Yeah, for purposes of this poll we aren't counting Bravery Default since it was released everywhere except for North America before 2014.

Awww, because as of now, I don't really have anything i'll call GOTY. Child of light happen to be my favorite game as of now.

The only one I played and finished in this list is Kirby Triple Deluxe...and I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED it. It made me want to get more Kirby games. : )

Definitely Child of Light. That game is on my all time favorites list!

I can't decide i only played Child of Light and started Transistor yesterday so i don't know which one is better. 

Mario Kart 8, hands down. The only other games so far that I've played are DK and Kirby, and the only other ones so far that interest me are Child of Light and Shovel Knight. Looking forward to a lot of games starting in September, though.

Infamous Second Son in terms of quality towers above Lightning Returns for sure. But my vote goes to Transistor just because I thought that game was incredible.

I haven't played anything that's come out this year.

I'm gonna say Child of Light, it's the only one on the list I've bought, and even at that I didn't buy it, my bf activated his PS3 on my account so I could get a copy of the games he's bought.  He really likes it, I haven't had a chance to start playing
