Yeah, we'll probably get KH3DHD and if we don't get KH3 next year then probably a rhythm game like Final Fantasy.

It is hard to believe for me that we haven't obtained a proper fighting game ala Dissidia in all these years. I suspect Nomura may be waiting for Kh3 to release and then make it, with as many characters as possible (removing Disney characters, as originally Dissidia was a Kh game until Disney said they didn't want Disney characters fighting, so no Mickey, Donald or Goofy)

I think we'll get one with Soul as the protagonist.

Ohhh you guys haven't heard the news yet. It was recent, they decided to release two games when they release kingdom hearts III one game will be of course KH3 and so they wouldn't have to do it later they decided to release a KH3.5 which contain khIII kh3D and khX all playable.

Yeah, I could see KH3DHD happening later on this year. We probably won't get any announcements of anything until E3 though. The news feed for this site is going to be quite bare for the new few months...

You mean, a playable (remastered) version of DDD for PS3 or cutscenes-only?

I honestly don't know what it would be if there was to be one this year.  If it is an HD playable version of Dream Drop Distance then they would have to be pretty close for it to be done since they haven't announced it yet, remember they announced 2.5 in October of 2013 and it still didn't come out for Japan until a year later and two months after that for everywhere else, so if they do announce an HD version of Dream Drop Distance at E3 then it would also have to say the release date at the end of the trailer or they will be like, it's going to be out next month.  Another guess could be they release 1.5 and 2.5 on the PS4 and Xbox One this year as well it would be a cop out in my opinion but it will still be with the whole Nomura wanting to release a Kingdom Hearts game a year.  Honestly I don't care if they do or don't release a KH game this year if it means that KH3 comes out next year, now I know that they would just use some of the team to make it but still they should keep the whole team focus on KH3 and not have any of them working on anything else, but I guess we shall see.

Why do I find it quite hard to believe that KH DDD would get an HD version? Since they have never really made KH: Recoded and KH 238/2 playable on the HD collection, Plus KH DDD has alot of touch commands that would be hard to apply on a PS3.

What I would like for this year is a KH3DHD that also somehow includes BbSv2 and Chi, even if it's just scenes.

There are five ways this year will go:

1. DDDHD

2. Worldwide Chi release

3. PS4 port of 1.5 and 2.5

4. No game (I have no problems with this)

5. They have done a good job keeping it under wraps and BBS v.2 will be the game. (Highly unlikely)

Obviously, I would want an HD version of Dream Drop Distance (preferably playable). Whether that's what we're getting this year or not, that remains to be seen. But I say there's a decent chance. And yeah, if not, they could always cop out and do the whole bring 1.5 and 2.5 to PS4 thing and say that's their game for the year, but as I said, that would be a bit of a cop out (unless they went in and fixed some of the issues in both titles). I'm not against the idea, I would just be against the timing. And there's no way around it, I NEED Chi to be localized or at least brought over into official English form in some way as soon as possible before KH3 is out, I think we all do. Whether that's as just a localized version of the server, a full on remake, or just some series of scenes, manga, novel, whatever, it needs to be brought to us, because it's relevant and much like Re:Chain of Memories and Coded, it can't stay stuck in Japan forever. I very much doubt that there will be enough time to do anything related to BbS Vol. 2 at this point, as much as it would be nice to have it be made material before KH3. But nothing's impossible, it just all depends on Nomura's and the team's interests.

Nintendo KH pack with playable Days, Coded and 3D (Y)I can't see DDD being remade for the PS3 because it would require so many changes like Days and ReCoded would have it they made them playable, I think we're more likely to get cutscenes from that.  If anything probably Chi localization.

Since Disney owns the rights to the original Kingdom Hearts characters too they could still say no to them being used, since there's a difference from them fighting in KH for "the light" or saving people, to mindlessly whacking each other in a fighter, and they probably don't want "their" protagonists to look violent mercilessly.

There's still a chance KH3 might come out this year. Usually when a voice actor tweets revealing details about a game's development and release plans they are usually right, heck he was silenced minutes later. If no KH3 this year then most likely a DDD HD remaster

It is all up until the E3. If 3D hasn't shown by then then no 3D.

I would say Kingdom Hearts theatrhythm got a very good change for this 13th anniversary.

About KHX don't think we won't see it on PC or that we will even get it.

We'll either get Chi worldwide release or nothing.

I think it'd be kind of interesting to have another side game: I couldn't begin to describe a good plot for one, but I'd enjoy a break off from the norm, like BBS was. As for DDD, what's wrong with it as is? It seems fine to me, even if Flowmotion is wonky to work with at first. 

And about xchi, to be honest a MMORPG holds little to no interest to me: I prefer solo playing, and I think a lot of other people do as well (in case you suck embarrassingly hard on a boss fight). A playable DAYS in HD could be possible, I guess, but i'm not holding my breath. The best we can hope for is nothing, or a Chi in English, at best. 

Slightly off topic, at least we still have the novel to look forward to
