I think it's pretty much agreed by most people there is a larger female audience who like Kingdom Hearts but trying to find some actual statistics turned up a blank.

There once a time when this thread would have started a huge shitstorm it makes me smile that it's no longer the case.

Really I've always assumed it was the other way around. I'd be interested in seeing the actual statistics.

I did too til I started using the internet, there was loads of game design blogs, videos and such that mention KH having a strong female audience, and people discussing it on forums and such.  In my attempt to find the statistics I just found people asking who is this "Disney themed crap" aimed at and Yaio sites.

I'm a dude, and I'm also curious what the ratio here will be. The sample size probably won't be very high though, so I doubt the results will be 100% representative.
