That's not a strong defence. You can still have a strong art direction while going for realism, so many games in the last decade has done that already.

    And I really don't like this reduction. We don't know what the point of quadratum is. All we have is some vague lines and concept, and then two trailers that say nothing yet of what to actually expect.

    I know what you mean but what are the "many" games in case of city design. The only games I can recall are Cyberpunk and maybe Ghostwire Tokyo. I personally thought the Spider Man games were pretty bland regarding the city aspec

    my personal issue with quadratum is more the UE aspect of it. It looks too much like reused UE assets

    FF games are still mostly fantasy, and 7 and 8 are already in the games, the only 2 options are really 13, and 15, and since Yozora looks like Noctis, its really only 13 that has a shot
