It's not hinted Aqua escaped the Realm of Darkness at all. Nomura stated that the first KH3 trailer shown has nothing to do with the story one bit, and that she still needs saving. Also, Yen Sid has already said that he's going to train Kairi...sooo...yeah. There's that as well.

We haven't even gotten a Japanese release date for FF15 yet which has been in development for almost 7 years now, so we're not getting KH3's release date this year at all. KH3's release date is most likely coming E3 2015-late 2015, unfortunately.

I don't like FF that much...but FF15 looks AMAZING. I love Disney though, so KH will always be my favorite series because of that alone. The story is also better than any FF story, imo.

Nintendo DS It boggles my mind that they're actually making a sequel to possibly one of the least-selling games to ever exist. And that guy in the vid said "I'll never cheat on her!" (If you haven't watched it, he literally legally married a damn video game character. dafuq.) I can just imagine him being 90 years old and kissing a DS screen still. x D

It makes complete sense that they're not making the new CoD on the PS3. They have to stop a some point...Might as well get it over with. Plus it allows the game to look even better since it will be designed specifically for next-gen and not both.
