Both are bad. Being too emotional will make you an idiot who always has to make stupid decisions impulsively. Having no emotions means you have no motivation and no way of reacting to things properly until it's too late

On the one hand, being emotionless would mean you would have no zest for life, no motivation to continue with anything and would basically make you like a Nobody. (Pun intended) On the other, being too emotional means you may to react to things too harshly and may be hurt by such simple words...either way they both have their ups and downs.
