    Don't worry, start off small, then after a couple weeks go up 5-10 pounds, then you'll get used to it, then go up another 5-10. Yeah, it's why I'm so strong today.

    aww whats wrong? :( On the plus side lifting weights is good for you not only does it make you physically fit but it is great for stress...just don't hurt yourself

    Trust me I've been throgh worse or wierder dreams. I will only share one of my dreams with you. My dream was when I stared the front door inside of my house because I saw a giant web and a giant black spider I felt like I was poisoned I couldn't even move
