    I mean for the love of God can't they just move on?The Street Fighter fanbase appreciated FS4 despite Third Strike being more competitive and technical and as you can see their FGC scene has progressed.the Smash fanbase on the other hand can't get over Melee to the point it's the only Smash Bros game in EVO....hopefully this will change next year

    Like seriously do they expect the metagame to be exactly the same each game?It'll be boring watching the same game every year at EVO

    Yeah. :/ It's always going to be the exact same if it's just the same game every single event. Same characters will win, same players will win... They need variety. And to accept that changes can be good.

    I mean look.Sure Third Strike is the most balanced and refined Street Fighter,but the SF community have so much acceptance to the change in the metagame hence why Street Fighter 4 managed to be a big part of EVO and allowed the series to evolve.if the Smash fanbase want Melee to be there all the time.How can Sakurai and the others balance the game with patches if all of what they're seeing is Fox Only final destinations all the time

    That's what I'm expecting, sadly... I also think Najenda will probably die somehow. She's never felt like the type of character to make it to the end.
