    You know, I read this weird rumor once stating that headphone makers do it on purpose. That they purposefully make one set of wires weaker than the other. I can't remember the exact reason, but if it's true....

    Might be. I've heard they do that for other devices as well, so that people would buy more... like, they set them to break down after a certain time. Still, not sure if it's actually true, but it wouldn't really surprise me.

    Dang. ._. I got some stuff under my R button on my 3DS (I dunno what it was or how it got there, since I always try to keep my 3DS clean...) recently, so it wouldn't work right. I finally remembered to fix it. I don't know what I'd do without an R button. xD

    I suggest using a toothpick or something like that to clean out the little space between the button and the system (Where it clicks down). That's what I did, and it's perfectly fine now. If it doesn't work, it might just be an issue with the hardware itself.
