    Shana, most of the time I would listen to you, but I use notifications a lot of the time, and it is important for me to have them or else I won't know if someone needs me or not

    Straw men can be real or hypothetical, but they're basically ignorant or misinformed about the topic they try to argue. They also tend to be used as "proof" for why a certain group/mindset/whatever is, well, less than flattering based on the strawman's actions.
