Wow, I started Tales of Xilia and I really like it so far, especially the art style! It's like an anime, only it's a video game! And the English voice acting is really good!

DragonMaster repliedYup! Though there are a few that have direct sequels, Xillia being one of them (I've heard that Xillia 2 is really good).

And you know, Xilia is the first game in the tales series I've played, and I'm really impressed with the combat, it's really free flow like Kingdom Hearts, and it has a cool skill learning tree, not to mention I love hearing the skits because of the excellent voiceoves. Also, I think Jude and Milla have great chemistry. Don't spoil any details of the game though, I've just started! X3

Out of the games in the series I've played, Xillia is definitely the best to get into the series with. Within about an hour you're already doing something interesting and the story is starting to take shape, plus the tutorials are much quicker since you just have to read them instead of having a character explain the combat.
And yeah, its nice to hear voices in the skits, older games in the series didn't have that (in the loca...

We already had last Friday off so the teachers could get grades entered into the computer for the end of the semester, so it's become a six day weekend. I haven't been able to leave my house in four days. All I have is my brother's company, and even though I have a bunch of stuff I could do it's gotten to the point where I don't feel like doing any of it. I've like overloaded on free time. X_X
DragonMaster repliedI've read three volumes of manga over the passed two days, two of which where in an omnibus format so they were longer than normal. I read through about 400 pages of Insurgent in a single day, I've been playing Tales of Xillia, Senran Kagura, and Fire Emblem on and off. And I've been watching FMA Brotherhood. o_0 I'm still going insane.
