    Well there's one I'm watching, and it has a kinda weird name. It's called Chaos;Head. That semi-colon in the middle isn't a typo. It's on Netflix, and worth the watch if you can get it.

    So it's about this high schooler otaku person who has these delusions that can range from positive to negative, which can actually cause even the person watching t judge whether some things are real or delusions. Later, he gets caught up in "New Gen Crimes", a strange sequence of murders that have recently been occurring in the anime. I'm not that far into it myself, but from what I've seen, I love it!
