    I did a bunch of arm workouts since late December through now and in March I tried to do pull-ups every day at the gym and I finally did a little while ago. But my goal was 20, and at the gym tonight I did 27, so I'm super excited! Before tonight my best was 18.

    my goal is to be able to lift at least 50 lbs by the end of may and be able to run a 5k without having to take walking breaks. i don't even care about time, i just want to run all the way through.

    I would prefer you don't tbh unu. I won't be mad at slip ups since it's kind of sudden and not a lot of people are familiar with gender neutral pronouns, but I just ask that everyone try their best. I won't mind singular they/them/their either.

    Sometimes you'll get lucky and actually find a nice teacher who really wants to help, although most of the time they have no idea what they're doing, or just don't have the patience for it.
