new trailer is possible while a release date is very doubtful

I doubt we will see a release date, however, I would probably go for a new trailer, and hopefully we might get actual footage of the Big Hero 6 world, San Fransokyo, as we actually still have no footage of that world, we only have slight information about it and artwork of Sora and Baymax vs Dark Baymax! :)

Nothing?

Maybe some news, but I'm not waiting for anything in particular.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing regarding KH III, but that's just me.

A trailer if anything. A release WINDOW, not date, if they added to it.

I'm not trying to expect too much so I won't be disappointed when there's nothing, but I sure would like a trailer or a world announcement. I absolutely love concept art, but I don't think E3 is the best place for that. Though it's hard to determine what falls under concept art...

I don't really want a release date... I feel like that can potentially lead to a disaster if they have to delay it and the fanbase gets riled up. Either that or they'll release it anyway with major flaws. I think, at best, a release year would be suitable, but only if they know they can manage that. People were extremely disappointed when Zelda Breath of the Wild was delayed again and some fans already seem fairly agitated with KH3. It's generally better when companies reveal a release date when they're actually at a point where such promises can be kept because it's close to being finished. Not to appease fans who are demanding a release date and then complain when it's delayed. We all want KH3 but knowing when it will release won't get it to us sooner and delays happen anyway.

It would be nice if Nomura was there but at the same time, I don't know why he would be present. They can record a video for a message and other than that, he won't answer any relevant questions anyway even if he was to present it in person. It would only add up to "please be patient" and "I can't talk about that yet", or something along the lines of "please look forward to upcoming announcements". The only reason I could see for an appearance would be the closeness to the concerts.

I'm already very happy if it says 2018.

I go for a new world announcement. Actually more then one.

Pretty much the most I can reasonably hope for given Square's released schedule: screenshots, a new trailer, a new world announcement, and the Utada Hikaru opening confirmed. Anything else just seems overly optimistic without any dedicated program for KH, and I'm pretty sure we've already learned that Nomura wasn't showing up at this E3 (might be mistaken though). There's always a small chance that something new might be shown off at the LA concerts today and tomorrow, and since I guess I'll technically be one of several KH13 eyewitnesses on the scene tomorrow, I'll try to remember what I can (since I'm pretty sure video recording is a no-no) if anything special is shown.

Nothing. I'd rather not get my hopes up.

Yes, I'm pretty sure he did say that he won't be present at E3. That tidbit has popped up in a few places

lol this is 100% accurate xD

Well, I'm being fairly optimistic here and expecting a trailer of the game revealing a new world, and maybe we can hear a snippet of Utada's new theme for Kingdom Hearts III! Interviews are also something I expect, and if Nomura will indeed not show up, then I expect that Tai Yasue will be the one answering the press's questions!

And to be reaaaaally optimistic, I'm hoping for a release year, at the very least! "Coming 2018" would make my whole year! :D

But yes, this is just me being optimistic! If KHIII doesn't show up at E3, then it's okay, there's other events and conventions to look forward to! It'll be a hugely wasted opportunity if Square decides not to show us anything at E3, though...

Riku and Kairi as playable characters. One can dream......

I do not expect to see a release date, but I do expect to see a release window at the end of a new trailer.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

There isn't any evidence we will get anything, anyway.

I'm not "expecting" to see anything. If we see something, that's awesome. If not, then I personally won't be disappointed.

Peace!

Especially with the concert trailer we got, I feel this further proves it won't be at E3

As we got the trailer from the concert, I can't see anything else being at E3 now. Maybe some snippets of info or interviews and screenshots perhaps, but nothing else.

The message in the latest trailer said that new trailer will be shown at D23 next month so I don't think there will be a trailer at E3... at least some screenshots or new info.

does Sunday morning count as part of E3 week? cuz we just got the new trailer lol

Nomura specificly said he would not be at E3. So i don't expect anything big til d23.

Walt Disney's ghost announced for "'Kingdom Hearts 3'"!!  Tetsuya Nomura revealed to be Xehanort's TRUE Identity!!

Just kidding!!  SOMEONE had to say it sometime!!

Just give me a new model of Lea and Vanitas

I predicted that if SE doesn't want to show it at e3, they would show it at another event and I was right and with further confirmation from Nomura himself, it's safe to assume it won't be at e3 this year, but the trailer we got yesterday and one we're getting on the 15th of July is going to make up for it
