Hooray, another argument where both sides are wrong that epitomizes mankind's incredibly reactionary mindframe.

Woo.

I hope my mom don't see anything like this, she'll make me delete mine

The father made a good point until he shot the laptop.... unnecessary. But yeah, I don't agree with everything my parents tell me, but I don't put them on blast on the internet. I tell them myself when I have a problem with what they say, and from what I am reading, I gather that this girl was just lazy and wanted to get paid for shit she was supposed to do, so I don't have much sympathy. But like I said, what the dads did with shooting the laptop is just stupidity.

Epic dad is epic!

It be funny if the dad finds out that Hannah was hacked by somebody who hated her xD

...Wow... O_O

Sighs just another messed up video made by another messed up person

Am I the only one who finds this hilarious? Sure, it may not be the best parenting, but it is funny as heck. That should show his daughter not to post things you might regret. xD

Great dad, really great dad.

That girl's a brat.

That's what she gets for being a disrespectful, lazy, egoistic, demanding bitch.

I have to do my part with the housework too. I get my own money.. I even give half of it to my mother so she has a little on the side.

I visit the university and I pay for everything I need besides the groceries my mother buys.

And I never bitched about her on Facebook EVER!

Amen everything that my parents did that I thought was annoying at first prepared me for real life. I busted my ass so for six years so I didn't have to pay for college. Worked two jobs on more then one occassion to help out my mom who was raising eight other kids not beacuse she needed but out respect for all she taught me.

tutti frutti. I know that chores are there for responsibility and a way to help prepare kids and teens for the future when they are on their own. Nobody's going to get paid for doing their own laundry. I admit that the guy shooting the laptop was stupid and a waste of money, which he probably could have sold it for some green over wasting bullets. But hey the world is a crazy place to be in on various occasions.

Her dad is totally lying about what he did when he was her age. But other than that, I agree with him, that was a terrible thing to do.

This story was on my local news today, and they decided to show the parts of the video with him shooting the laptop. I must say, I can think of no better punishment. The poor girl is probably embarrassed out of her mind. Teh lulz, I haz them.

I just thought about this...

Their relationship isn't going to get much better at the moment...

I think he made a good choice in posting the video, and taking the laptop, but shooting it? Not needed. It was funny though, and she deserved it.

I agree! Kids these days are just getting SO lazy! I know I'm a kid myself, but I'm quite different than most people my age. Or at least from what I've noticed. Ungrateful little punk!! I have several chores of my own. My sister washes and rinses the dishes, and I dry them and put them away. We don't even have a dishwasher, so that adds extra effort! I make my own breakfast, lunch, and most of the time, dinner. I even do my own laundry. I clean the bathroom, and often voluntarily clean the kitchen counters(though that's generally my sisters job.). Any time my bedroom is in need of cleaning, I clean it. I'm often asked to help my mom out with things in the garden in our backyard and I do it with no complaint!(Okay, so I admit I've grumbled about that before but that's only 'cause she woke me up really early and I was really tired.)

At the beginning of spring, we do more cleaning than the rest of the year! We thoroughly clean the car and the ENTIRE house. Every nook and cranny.

And on top of that, I still have all of my schoolwork to do. I'm homeschooled and I don't even get any spring/summer breaks! I don't like big breaks from school like that! It's hard to get back on track. I study photography, art, music, Japanese, Chinese, and Irish Gaelic on top of all of the necessary subects! I'm also learning to sew so that I can make my own clothing.

Oh yes, and I forgot to mention... I pay my own share of water, food, and rent!

And despite all that, I always think of myself as a VERY lazy person!

I'm not the only person who does this much work, either. That girl has no right to complain!!

i think talking about his daughter behavior in youtube was enough, but he shouldnt have destroyed the laptop,he could tell her he sold it instead of shooting it

I say if the guy bought the laptop, he can do whatever he wants with it. Its his laptop. Maybe someday the daughter will have the brilliant idea of working for the money to get her own. What a radically genius idea!
