My gf and i have split up for a while brcause of some problems that we were havig. Then i went to this dance by myself and my ex before her was there. Yes it was awkward cause they never knew about eachother. I ended up dancing like crazy hyper like (i blame the chocolate fountain for that) with some hot girls. Unfortunetly my (now ex) has been screaming at me about last night. Now im stuck between whether or not i should get back with her or try to find those girls idanced with last nght and ask one of them out. I dont care either way...i just wan out of this pickle.

If I were you, I would go find the other girls that I danced with and ask them out.

Okay, i'll give you this bit of advice, ahem, only go out with the girl who you think is nice and attractive, not to mention both whom you think you may get along with well or not and will hopefully have the same interests as you, don't just pick a girl at random because you feel like it and if you want to go back with your ex then by all means do but only if you still have feelings for her and that you like her.

Not directly in front of her because thats more of a direct challenge that could cause another screaming fit, but there is something about hearing about it from others second hand that leaves a heavy feeling in the gut. Why are you all assuming he's an ass? For all we know, it was the ex's decision/fault that they broke up (but we don't know, he didn't explain). Anyway, they did break up, isn't he free to dance with other girls? I do not at all see how he's being misogynistic or how he "treats girls badly", we don't know anything about what happened.

 

They are 16, he doesn't have to act like the ex is the love of his life, so what if he is considering giving up on their already over relationship (he said they broke up), and asking out a different girl? It's normal that he might have to decide between trying to fix things up, or moving on and dating other people. Why do you assume he's in the wrong??
