i think it was ventus and aqua's ending was sad

Terra because he is still possessed by Xehanort while Ven just sleeps and time passes differently for aqua in the RoD .Give him back Xehanort you bastard!!!

Definetly Terra's because in the end he was possesed by Xehanort and if you think about it, its sad how he who wanted to conquer his own darkness, couldnt and then was possesed leaving only memories of his friends and the rage he has for xehanort behind.

All... It's hard to choose, one of light who's cast into darkness forever (until she's saved), a permanent coma (until he's saved) and being possessed by MX

I would say more so Terra though, since his possession/merging with MX, he's lost all his free will (or most, since he in Xemnas' form talked to Aqua's armor), his body has been used to attack his friends, those connected to his friends and innocent people (which has gotta make you feel bad, damn you Terra for having a great body). Not only did he have a sad ending he'll probably have one of those self doubting/hating stories while resigning in his armor in the keyblade graveyard, like "if I never existed, this wouldn't have happened, my friends would be okay, they'd be safe"

Aqua... I think it's more sad than Terra's end...

Aqua, because she is the only one that knows what's going on. Ven's asleep and Terra is in a battle of wills with Xehanort, but she has to wander knowing she let her friends down.

Not Terra. If I recall, he had enough time to dodge Xehanort's heart, but instead, he chose to wear armor(though, one could question if MX's heart can follow people around if they dodge it).

 

I got emotional over Aqua's ending.

Aqua. She ended up having to fight both of her friends, and pretty much sacrificed herself to the realm of darkness for nothing; she didn't save Terra, she enabled Xehanort to continue plauging the realm of light. Ven had a sense of accomplishment at least at the end of his; he defeated Vanitas and saved his friends. Terra's was especially sad too; he got himself posessed by Xehanort, and to this day still is. His armor managed to pummel Xehanort a bit, giving Aqua and Ven a chance to destroy the X-blade, but...he didn't really accomplish anything either; just ended up stuck, his armor still sitting in the darkness stewing in anger.

 

But yeah, Aqua's the saddest to me. She's still herself, but she's been trapped in the realm of darkness for years, which is worse than being asleep in many ways.

I don't think Ventus's ending was sad. His heart is safe inside of Sora.

Well any other time i would say Xion's ending is ALWAYS the saddest. But in this case i would say Aqua, she basically had to watch her best friend and her master die. That sucks.

I Think All 3 Was Pretty Sad But Terra's Was A Little Sadder Than The Rest

I say Terra. He was struggling with the darkness and was having a hard time trusting his friends and his master. By the time he got to the keyblade graveyard, he felt like he had failed his friends and his master; he's overwhelmed his rage towards Xehanort, and then he gets possessed by him.

...she basically had to watch her best friend and her master die.

But she wasn't there when Eraqus died. owO! And what friend of hers died? owO?!

ventus and aqua. i just cant stand the fact of ventus being stuck asleep and aqua stuck in the RoD.

at least vens heart is in sora. thats good news.

I would definately say Aqua's because she saves Terra's life by throwing herself in the darkness. But then again Ventus' story was VERY sad! ANd touching. Ya know what? I can't choose.

Definitely Ventus's ending. He dealt with a lot and was used by Master Xehanort when he was younger and was split into two. He practically sacrificed himself to stop the X-blade from forming and the end of the world, but I also lean towards Aqua's ending too since she tried to save all her friends. ;u;
