Hey guys, I just wanted to make this topic because I was wondering who are you're favorite villains of the Kingdom Hearts series, and why.

My favorite villains have got to be Vanitas, Young Xehanort, and Xemnas.  Vanitas is just epic, because he's the dark part of Ventus's heart, and I like his cocky yet calm attitude.  I also heard that there was a novel detailing what happened to him and all he suffered, so I feel sympathy for him.  I like Young Xehanort because he's an excellent fighter, and he's so evil!  And the way that everything went as he planned it in KH3D was overall impressive, and I like Xemnas because he's the leader of the Organization XIII and because of the way he approaches situations: with a calm and awesome attitude.  So then guys, what are your favorite villains of KH, and why?

Mine is Vanitas, for the same reason as you. If Axel, Roxas, and Xion count as villains, they're also my favorites. Of course, I don't consider them as villains.

Xemnas cuz he's sexy.

I think Master Xehanort hands down in my opinion.

Young Xehanort. He's pretty epic and sexy.

Larxene and Vanitas were definitely the best villians in the series. They were both dark, a bit sadistic, and couldn't care less about what happened to other people more or less about their own lives. They had every aspect of what you would expect from a villian.

Xehanort, because he always has an extra trick or two up his sleeve just in case.

I'd say Master Xehanort is the best, since without him none their battles would of happened.

The one I like though, probably Vanitas

Don't forget the laugh that assures you of the fact that they are most likely insane.

Master Xehanort, hands down. He's pretty much unlike any other villian I've heard of to this point, because:

-Reading his reports in BBS, you can see his slow descent from morality into darkness

-He doesn't have that "hurr I'm actually related to the main character" plot twist that's too cliche these days

-No other villian I've heard of forces best friends to fight and kill each other on so many occasions

-He's not just "muahaha im evil", he actually is going for a very legitimate goal, but is going about it in a very evil way

-He redesigns his own plans as time goes on, admitting his flaws in his previous plans

-His actions are driven by a very human desire for knowledge, which is almost relateable for some people like myself

-He just doesn't give up, does he?

So yeah, Master Xehanort for sure.

Vanitas, because he's the pure embodiment of darkness, has a crazy laugh, is calm and collected when he wants to be but can also snap and be totally insane, manipulates people (like Ven) into doing what he wants, is currently the only character to have fought using the X-Blade, and is the only villain whose actually a teen, as all the others are young adults or adults

Vanitas :wub:(he is so cute)  and Sephirot  !! I wanted beat Sephirot again and again- it's a epic battle(KH2).

And the giant battleship is epic too. And -"dance water dance" is awesome  ^_^  . +Riku too :wub: . And Sora's shadow. And...(anotherandanother)

He is the mastermind behind everything.

I like Maleficent because no matter how many times she fails she NEVER GIVES UP. Unlike Xehanort who's never really failed because of all his contingency plans Maleficent has had to come up with new plans on the fly every time one blows up in her face yet she never quits. Plus her motherly act with Riku in KH1 was just so awesomely twisted, even though he never fell for it.

I'll always remember this scene.

 

Riku: Why are you doing all this for me? Whats the catch?

Malefecent: Catch? What's the catch? Silly boy. You're like a son to me. I only want you to be happy.

Riku: *smack* I seriously doubt that.

Larxene and Marluxia. They share many traits that make them villains, but even then they wanted to overthrow Xemnas as they knew he took those exact traits way too far.

Xehanort for being responsible for pretty much everything wrong in the universe.  I don't get why people think Vanitas is an effective villain.  He loses all his fights and he fails at everything he set out to accomplish.  People only like him because he's hot.  If not Xehanort, then Maleficent, or at least in the series' first legs before Xehanort and the Organization usurped her role as the main baddie.
