the first English trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. This is the trailer for the game at PAX East 2013, an event occurring March 22-24, 2013 in Boston, MA. The trailer is an English-voiced version of the Jump Festa 2013 trailer, but does not yet contain English text and lip syncing (though you can expect these in the final version of the game). I don't want the KH1 voices, they don't fit anymore. 

To me it fits perfectly..It wouldn't be the same game if they re-recorded voices.

Sounds like Alsyon to me. Remember, Xion never had a good English voice actor to begin with.

Yes thanks Jesus for they kept the KH1 voices yes and the voice actress for Xion is the same one for Namine in Re:CoM and Days as well....well I don't hate that but I wished that she changed up her voice so you could tell the difference of the two but oh well can't wait for fall!!!

Nowadays, I'd be all critiquing the English voices, but...eh...I don't really hear anything bad on Xion's voice. That's some pretty good emoting, at least a little better than she did in the DS Days (if it is Stoner). McCartney is good too. Though, all of these awkward pauses really kill it.

I'm really excited for this game but...Xion's voice sounds terrible. If I just saw this video randomly on Youtube I'd think her voice was fandubbed. If Alyson Stoner can't get her voice to sound like it did in the original 358/2 Days I'd rather have Hayden take over her voicing completely. Xion's meant to have the same voice as Kairi anyway.

Well i'm glad I never actually watched or played 358/2 days so Xion's voice seems normal to me

so strange watching the english dub trailer after watching many time the jap one.

Since i heard Hikari for the frist time, simple and clean is just =

 

whats wrong with xion VA?! she didnt seem in good condition when recorded it.

They should alld a option to change from english to japanese dialogue, just in case

 

Anyway, props to our cast.

The trailer came wayyy earlier than i tought, I was only expection the first one for E3

WOW! Jesse`s emotion is so good!!!! Damn! Xion sounds horriable.

Xions english voice really sounds kinda boring in comparison in her passionate japanese voice... (especially at 2:13). I like her tone, it fits to her very much, but she could put more elan into it... Well let's wait for the final version... same goes for Saix and most suprisingly for Quinton Flynn as Axel too?! However Xemnas and Roxas' voices are perfect as always, gosh they know how to lend a heart (hahaha...) and personality to a character.

Still gotta wait till Fall.

KH1 and KHCoM's voice acting sounds a bit iffy to me. I know they are going to keep the voices from the original games but still it doesn't seem to fit well. 358/2 Days voices are really good, especially Jesse McCartney. He at least had some emotion in his voice.

Why does it sound like they aren't even trying to act? I had this very problem with KH3D's voice acting too. :Roxas and Xemnas were just superb, but Xion and especially Quinton Flynn here... I just don't know what to say...

Omg, Xemnas's voice is amazing as always. Can't wait!

well they used older voices in khRE:COM and sora was the same age as kh1 

 

It came out after KH2 when he hit puberty. If the original COM was a PS2 game, they couldve had him with the KH1 voice.

 

I AM SO HAPPY THEY'RE KEEPING THE OLD VOICES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!        

 

That is NOT Allyson. And it's not Hayden either. Xion sounds horrible.

I can already tell I will be crying my eyes out during the 358 scenes. They will serve the story justice way more than the original ever could have.

I don't think they've recorded the 358/2 Days scenes yet...'cause that is definitely not Quinton Flynn, Jesse McCartney, and Alyson Stoner (or Hayden Panettiere, depending on which you prefer). It can't be! I know Axel's and Xion's voices like the back of my hand!!! That just can't be them!!! Does anyone else think the same thing?

Anyone complaining about this should remember that it's just a trailer they created in like five minutes for this event. Hardly any work has gone into this trailer. The game will look and sound even better at E3 2013.

Young Haley Joel Osment voice got me right in the nostalgia.

 

That said, something about the voice acting in 358/2 Days portion seemed off, for example, the part where Axel says "We are best friends...", but then again, KH3D's first English trailer (which was also a copy-paste of a previous Japanese trailer, just like this) had some questionable voicing that was improved in the final game, so hopefully that's the case in this too.

 

edit: I also lol'd at how they didn't fix the horrible framerate during the Re:CoM gameplay
