What is the saddest moment in Kingdom Hearts?

Posted

Kingdom Hearts is a series of Laughter, of sadness, and of joy for the characters. Many sad scenes come through-out the series. Name what you think the saddest was!

For me, it's in KH2 when Axel says: "See ya, partner" and a tear falls. Only KH cutscene to actually make me cry. (Though I came close many times)

The end of Birth By Sleep, when you first see Aqua walking alone through the Realm of Darkness. For some reason that was just so saddening to me. To see such a hero of the light having sacrificed herself to the darkness for her friend, and being forced to wander there for ten years, without a single soul to talk to. I've never cried while playing KH, but I came close watching that scene.

I never cried, but I was immensely sadded by all of the sad scenes. However, the scene to Xion's death did jerk a tear to my eyes. And it takes a lot to make me cry.

Xion's death was the only one to really make me tear up and actually make me WANT to cry. It was so heartbreaking! With her theme in the back and Roxas already forgetting her and then remembering after she's almost gone and shouting "Xion! Who will I have ice cream with!?" That damn near killed me.

OMGOSH Hands down it was xions death and everything after that its like her dying at the hands of roxas which brings like all memories of what just happened to roxas' head as she fades away into light, and then roxas going on a dual bladed killer rampage afterwards intensified the sadness.

Even though 358/2 Days sucked hardcore, Xion's death has to be the saddest moment in BBS.

EDIT: Did I seriously type BBS? I meant KH.

In the secret ending of BBS, when everyone is looking up and saying "Sora", and Aqua evens sheds a tear. It just made me so sad for some reason, thinking bout what happened to Aqua, Ven, and Terra :(

I almost cried at Xion's death... Then Roxas ruined the moment..

"Who else will i have ice cream with!?"

Mostly crying at the fact of the wait for DDD...

I didnt cry at Xion's death.... not really big deal for me...

i never cried in the sad things but the most comoving was the part when roxas reunite with Sora

When Sora stabbed himself with the keyblade in KH to free Kairi's heart it just made me think that he is good friend sacraficing himself for his friends

Sadly, i never found this sad. only because when Sora smiles at Donald and Goofy, he looks like he is giving them the Trollface. So it went from sad to funny for me. : /

sure Xion's "death" was sad but not that sad to me. what really had me sad as Sora's "death" in Kingdom Hearts I mean thats some big sacrifice to give someone you like their heart back put some tears in my eyes, another one was when you beat Master Erauqs as Terra that was emotional and sad to me

I for some reason cried at the end of the first one cuz Sora and Kairi's relationship just began and he was leaving. I also wanted the 2nd one to come out soon

A lot of BBS scenes made me want to cry. Since you played as the characters individually, you can sympathize with each character depending on who you play as.

KH1 made me want to cry because I absolutely loved the characters and connected with each one.... and then there was Kairi finding Sora's drawing of feeding her a Paopu fruit and she drew feeding him one back :').

KH2 was Goofy's death, Sora's reunion with his friends and the ending. I got sick of Sora's derpy-ness throughout the Disney worlds but seeing the other characters made me feel like smiling.

Re:COM and Re:Coded made me sad.... I just love Namine and felt sad knowing Sora would forget her.

Haven't gotten much on 358... I'm too bored to play it.

tutti frutti. Much like what others have stated, to me the saddest moment of the series was Xion's death. BBS didn't seem that saddening, mostly since MX was forgotten by the main characters and was free to do whatever. The 2nd saddest scene for me was where Sora stabbed himself with the Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts in order to help Kairi.

Xion's death is the 1# saddest moments from any other game in Kh. It surprised me as well because it was the first time i've ever seen Roxas crying.

no, the saddest moment was when sora pretty much commited sucide, and truned into a heartless, and revived by kairi through some "magic' hug.

Sora did not die. He did not cry.

The saddest scene in all of KH for me is the ending of Terra's story when the clouds are closing around kingdom hearts, Terra's armor puts his keyblade in the ground and he kneels down, that music is playing, all hope is firetrucking gone, but Terra promises he will make it right. So sad...

And then Blank Points was bitter-sweet. They made it sort-of happy, it was kind of like throwing salt on the wounds from watching the endings of BBS :/

Another sad scene was in the beginning of KH2 when Roxas's vacation ended :(

Wow. Now i feel like a jerk. I felt NOTHING when Xion died (except for maybe a touch of joy) but the saddest moment of the game for me is just before the credits of Days, and Roxas is running around thinking he's going to the beach and then he says, "only seven days to go until my summer vacation's over" -- that broke my heart!!!!!!
