Ive been with the Xbox sense the day it came out, but all I got to say is...it's not doing so well..

Xbox one.. awful name... always online... god why... cant borrow a game from a friend without paying the 60$. might as well BUY IT!... no back wards playability... whyyyy just whyyyy... Quantam Break.. wheres my ALAN WAKE 2!!!

I might just ask for the PS4...

I had low expectations to begin with. Now, I've been a fan of the Xbox since it first came out...but this reveal, was worse than I had thought. Sure, no always-online connection, but everything was so under-whelming that I'm fairly certain I'll be moving to the PS4.

Didn't focus on games that much, but didn't seem horrible like people make it out to be

Complete apathy since I don't play the Xbox at all, and irritation how no one will stop talking about how much it sucks.

God awful. Looks like a box. Name sucks. Fee for playing used games. Always-online connection required. Kinect needs to always be on. Doubt any great exclusives are coming out for it either. Microsoft lost the new gen.

it's shit and will fail just like Microsft's past consoles have.

don't get me wrong i like xbox but the name and design look like something from the original xbox maybe something from before then ;)

Never cared about Xbox and I don't think I'll ever will

Poor Microsoft, I'm glad that I don't really like the Xbox that much...actually...never played one...

I'll let you know once I stop laughing my ass off.

I never cared for Xbox anyway, what I've heard about this one confirms that I won't any time soon. :P

I'm not interested by the console at all. What a god awful name.

Weak name...

Was never interested in Xbox anyway...

Its a hand full...

They are trying too hard...

My initial impression was more positive until I heard the details about the daily online requirement and anti-used games policy. Actually, it's not even really anti-used games so much as it's anti-sharing. With anyone. Even for a bit. It sucks, it's the wrong direction for gaming, and I pray Sony doesn't do something similar.

Comparing their presentation to Sony's, Microsoft's reveal felt more like an obligation than a celebration. Also, instead of neutralizing the negativity around the system, they seemed to have embraced it; the media centric focus, the online/used game crap, the absence of a strong lineup of titles all contributed to the feeling that they're making a machine and don't really care what the gamer thinks of it.

Not impressed.

I mean seriously, the Xbox One?!

Plus the show just mainly focused on the TV aspect...

Looked good enough for me :3 Next gen tech and everything!

I like how the very first option is "Man, it was garbage!"

But yeah, I was not pleased with this conference. Don't get me wrong, it did have some stuff that had my interest, but it had two fatal flaws: treating it like an entertainment center instead of a game console, and charging for used games.

I'm not giving up on it completely, but the first impressions were not very good.

ok so from what i heard from the posts microsoft screwwed themselves..... figures they would get cocky. ok really a brick!? make the xbox sexy or something but a half-ton brick cmon! even i have more creative ideas like binding systems to play every game avalible on the other consoles in its generation
