Roxas stands arounds around, talking to Sora, when Ven enters the room. Ven sees Roxas.

"Excuse me. I didn't know that I was already here." Ven leaves the room.

I have a feeling Roxas wouldn't care because he's had just about enough of this shit but Ventus might initiate a fight and be like "why do you look just like me" or something. Maybe come to the conclusion that they're long lost twins?

"You stole my face...looks like there's gonna be a cleanup on aisle 5." - Ven

Prolly be like- 'Hey looking good there ', and the other would be like "Yeah you looking sexy bro"

Technically, both Ven and Roxas are in Sora's heart, when we ran around as Riku we talked to them each.  I wouldn't be surprised if their hearts crossed while in Sora.  I'd just expect some funny little antidote when they meet in person in front of everyone, but nothing serious like a battle.
