Everyone will eventually lose someone close to them.  The only thing you can do is move on with your life though. It may seem impossible at first but trust me, it isn't.

Yeah more than once. But it was either someone I loved or someone I didn't bother to communicate with anymore. :/

No and I hope that don't ever happen to me.

yup  2 of my grandparents

Is this a question exclusive to death? Because, I've lost a lot of friends, and people that I love, but not to death, but circumstance.

No, not yet. And I hope that won't happen anytime soon

Yes, my best friend just over 12 years ago died of cancer.

My grandpa passed away due to ling cancer when I was younger. Very traumatizing. My old friend didnt die but it's almost like she did, we just completely stopped being friends with no reason at all. Strange thing. Actually I've lost a lot of friends because I refused to conform to the standard they seemed appropriate for society. I stayed myself lol

Yes; I've lost a grandparent and a friend with cancer.

But also, I've lost many friends; my old best friends (after I moved).  It was tough :/

I'm not sure if they were close, but three of my great grandparents have passed away within the past 5 years.

Not yet. Some other time, perhaps.

Yea.i lost my father, grandfather, and my grandmother in 2008.That was a dark year for me...

No. And I really hate thinking about loosing someone I care about. :(

Yep, my older sister a few years back (the Monday after Easter), and an online friend of a few years died a couple months ago.

It was grandpa when I was 10 and it really had a big impact on my life

I've never had anyone die on me.  But I've had friends I was great friends with (saw every day, loved talking to, always hung out) just fade out of my life.  There's also obviously my father leaving which I was probably upset about at the time.

Yeah, I have no idea where I put him.

In all seriousness, death is a natural part of living and something that will happen to us and everyone we know. Never take the presence of the ones you care for for granted.

It depends on what you mean by "lost".

I do not see too many of the closest people dying before me, due to I would be blessed if I live for another 10 years.

No and hopefully won't anytime soon. I'm lucky enough to be 17 and still have all my grandparents (I say all because they've split up and got remarried, I have about 6 sets of grandparents). Still got both my parents (and step-parents, although my Mum and Stepdad just got divorced, so). I have all my family still. Which means I'm gonna be even more devastated when I lose anyone because I've been with them for so long and can't imagine my life without any of them.

No. They've all been distant relatives I rarely saw

I lost my aunt to cancer
