Between 720 or 1080 I think...

720, looks better than those below it obviously but more chance of it loading with my connection than 1080

4K. Anything lower than that is blurry, unintelligible nonsense that hurts my eyes to look at.

720p works pretty well. Loads fast and works great on my laptop.

I leave it on auto because it doesn't really matter to me.

For just random YouTube videos, I prefer 480p. My internet is slow, and 480p gives me the best quality/buffer-time ratio on short videos. If I'm watching a movie/anime/etc., I'll choose the highest quality available and just wait awhile for it to buffer.

the highest quality possible up to the point where it perfectly matches my computer size which is 1080p.

The resolution that looks pretty.

720p

I usually just automatically watch them in 720p.

If I had goddamn 4K resolution capabilities on my 2007 laptop...

480p or higher.

I go with whatever the automatic resolution is. My computer goes really slow when I try to watch anything in HD, so it's typically 480. When I watch stuff on my TV through Netflix or Hulu, I'd imagine it's 720 or 1080, I never bother to check. I'm used to lower resolutions, so I'm not terribly picky.

cant go higher than 720p or my laptop will overheat.keeping it at a safe 360p.and since when does it go to 2160p?!

2160p is 4K. YouTube's been able to do it for ages. Netflix supports it as well I've heard.

720p. It's stable, and it still looks good

1080p until I get a laptop that can support a higher resolution.

720p or 1080p. If the video has 1080p then I usually choose that over 720p

720p, because anything over is laggy for me.

Peace!

There are resolutions higher than 1080p?

Boy I'm getting old...

Well I never seen the option to go that high and I never used Netflix so I didn't know that.
