I like getting trophies but if i don't get one that's okay too.

Just saying, but wouldn't it make more sense to just generalize it to achievements? Only Sony does trophies. :

Also, if it's a game I like, I'll definitely go for as many as possible.

I like getting trophies, but when its too tedious to obtain I don't bother

Meh. Depends but I don't care much

I normally don't care about trophies that much, but there have been only two games that made me want every single trophy: Portal 2 & Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. And I platinumed both those games. They were kinda easy though

I try to do what I can.

Peace!

Nope.

It depends on what games are played.

Nah , I don't care about Trophies at all .

Platinum the easy games. Platinum KH. Screw the rest.

I like it just to have to feel I completed everything 100%. Bu I dont take it serious.

Not extremely important. I do like collecting them though.

I love getting platinum trophies, so if I like the game enough, I'll do everything. I actually have a goal; to make Kingdom Hearts 3 my 100th platinum. I'm cuurrently at 65, so I have a ways to go.

If the trophies seem worth collecting to me and if the game seems worth 100% for me, I usually do it. (For example, I obtained all of the Achievements for both Force Unleashed games. The first one because I love it, the second one because they were easy.) KH1 is worth it to me, but the trophies are annoyingly repetitive. (I'm not beating the game 4+ times just to get the trophies required for doing so.)

Maybe if they had difficulty stacking, but they don't.

It's fun to gain trophies, but it's not all there is to a game for me. I had to start Uncharted 3 on my friend's PS3, then transferred it to my PS3, but because the data started on another system, I couldn't gain any trophies. But I still enjoyed the game. I just have to make sure next time I ever play it I stick to my system.

A mixture of the third option in the last one.I really don't care too much about trophies, but sometimes I'll just pop a game in to earn them if I have nothing better to do (for instance, I speedran SH2HD once. at least Troy Baker was in it). If I really like the game I'll probably put the time aside to get platinum. (like Deadly Premonition)

Depends on the game. Trophies and Achievements are just imaginary numbers. They mean nothing. If there's a game that's easy to get trophies on, I'll go ahead and get the Platinum. If it's something I'm dedicated to, such as Kingdom Hearts, I'll attempt it.

Depends. I like obtaining trophies and sometimes I might go out of my way to obtain easy trophies just for the sake of it but honestly as the years have gone by I really don't care about trying too hard for them any more. For Kingdom Hearts 1.5 I tried to obtain as many as I could but they were so tedious I got bored, maybe if me from 3 or 4 years ago played 1.5 he'd have the platinum by now but eh.

In short, I like obtaining trophies and I do like to say, "oh yeah I got that trophy" or "yeah I 100%'d that game trophy-wise" but I don't consider them important in any way. I try more for trophies on games I really like but even then I'm like eh.

I try to get as many as I can but if I know that it is difficult I won't try lol

Well, to me, it all depends on the game I'm playing.  For example, in the case of 1.5 and 2.5, I want to make it my goal to obtain all trophies for the games, because I really love those games.  And if I happen to get more trophies in other games too, then I think that's sweet.  I also tend to grind for trophies for games I love, like I said, KH, and also the Jak and Daxter series. :)

No, I don't care about 'em. Most games seem to have at least one (many times more) trophy/achievement that have ridiculously tedious requirements that would only serve to make me hate the game if I attempted to do them.

To a degree. I'm more of a casual gamer. I usually only care about things that unlock other things. Howerver I think what I may do in celebration of Kingdom Hearts 3, I may ramp up my pride and try doing every single thing in the game.
