Games That You Never Get Tired Of Playing

Posted

So I'm sure that we all have a game that we play over and over again and never get tired of playing it no matter how old that said game is. So what kind of games do you never get bored with playing? For me it's Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, Uncharted 2, Crash Bandicoot 1, 2, and 3, Metal Gear Solid,Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Resident Evil HD Remaster, Resident Evil 2, Final Fantasy VII, Smash bros, Mario Kart.

For me: Darksiders 1& 2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood,The Darkness 1&2 and the Kingdom Hearts series.

KH1, 2 BBS, COD:BO, AC 3, Fifas, Pokemon, Phoenix Wright, Zero Escape, Mario, Zeldas, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Tekken, Professor Layton, GTA...

definitely Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Remake. both games have amazing design and are extremely easy to run through. the pacing in them is just great.

For me it would probably be

Kingdom Hearts II

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages

Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess

Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker

Yoshi's Island (GBA)

Journey

Literally every Kingdom Hearts game and pretty much every Sonic game. Even 2006. It's a guilty pleasure. <3

Pretty much any Zelda and Kingdom Hearts game xD

Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts ll & Birth By Sleep

Sonic Heroes

Super Mario Galaxy

Super Mario 64

Monsters Inc Scare Island

Sims 3

Tarzan PC

Final Fantasy X/X-2

Shrek 2 PS2

Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon

to name a few :)

Animal crossing is probably the only game that I will play for HOURS over and over

It's funny, I just started playing Fallout: New Vegas again as a palette cleanser after Fallout 4, and oh my god I could play that game forever. New Vegas hits all the right notes for me, I love it.

I've played through Dark Souls a whole lot of times, and still find new ways to play it.

For me, it's Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, Dark Parables: Curse of Briar Rose, Epic Mickey, and The Wolf Among Us.

I'd play any of them again, even though I've played them all several times apiece

Kingdom Hearts 2, Kingdom Hearts 1, Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Rising, Metal Gear Solid 4, The World Ends With You and Persona 3 FES.

KHII and BBS, although I do need to be in the right mood for them. Honorary mentions to Wario Land II/III and most inFamous games, though the same caveat applies.

- Midnight Club II

- Kindgom Hearts II

- Pokémon Soul Silver

- Digimon Rumble Arena 2

- Team Fortress 2

xD

Literally every Kingdom Hearts game and pretty much every Sonic game. Even 2006. It's a guilty pleasure. <3

Thinking about this earlier today - easy list:

The only one that springs to mind is FFVII, though that's not completely true. I've gotten bored with the vanilla game after many many many playthroughs over the years, and I've since turned to mods to bring something fresh to the table without making me rely on self-imposed challenges. I never did have fun with things like a 'no materia' challenge. That's what makes the gameplay fun for me!

Haha yeah. Though a no materia run is mainly for speedrunners. Casual players should just enjoy the game fir what it is. And hopefully FF7 remake will bring in some new content that wasn't in the original game like added story fpr the characters or a new secret boss or two.

Ooh, sweet topic! :D

Well, for me, games I never get tired of are the Kingdom Hearts series, Super Smash Bros. 3DS, EA's Star Wars: Battlefront, the Jak And Daxter Series and the Final Fantasy series!  There's tons of other games I love to play over and over again, but those are the most common ones from my time playing video games, ya know? :)

Smash bros Series

Mario Kart series

Soul Calibur series

Ocarina of time

A link to the Past

Majora Mask

Hyrule Warriors

Super Mario World

Sonic 2 and 3K

Sonic Unleashed(replaying the daytime stages)

Sonic Generations

Super Mario 64

Sonic Adventure 2

I always go back and replay those games,I just 100% Ocarina of time a few months ago for the first time(despite being my favorite game since I was a kid I never took the time to beat it 100% before). They are my favorite games and I can't get enough of those

Nothing I guess, haven't really replayed any games recently.

As in you think it's good game or it's so bad it's good?

...Yes. In the sense that, I do acknowledge that it has A LOT of flaws and should have been heavily delayed so that everything could have been completed and refined, and that it is by all means a "bad game". However, I do still see tiny seeds of good ideas amidst all the glitches, unfinished textures, and poor effects, and as unreasonable and unreliable as it is, it is still possible to play it if you just do exactly what it wants you to do. It is still technically "playable", and it is one of my first Sonic games ever, so it kind of has a special place in my heart. I just really wish that someone would take on a project to try and actually finish and improve the game with whatever data is available. I'm sure it could be done, and that would make the game just a bit more enjoyable to play.

All KH games, The Witcher 3, Battlefield 4. That's about it really.
