Need Final Fantasy Recs
My personal favorite of Final Fantasies is XII. The world of Rabanastre and Ivalice is one of my favorite game worlds. I admit the story has some parts that could be a lot better, but the way XII plays out is not that you are on the front lines, but influencing the world around you while in the shadows (like other games in the Ivalice Alliance). IX is the best of the classic games, with the classic turn-based combat and character classes. it's also got a compelling story, and almost every character has a part in it that sets them apart. If you want something that plays and looks a lot like Kingdom Hearts, then Dissidia 012 is a good reccomendation. It's a fighting game that does require some strategy and quick timing, and it uses characters from the first thirteen Final Fantasy games as playable characters. They aren't entirely in character, but it's a good opening to their games.

Feeling Down? Something On Your Mind? Key's Member Help Thread!
Huh, nice thing you're doing here. I'll admit, I'm not doing too well. I've been unemployed for the better part of the year, I've gotten really tired of doing college and kinda want to quit for a while, and I'm still trying to figure out my love life situation (non-existent, but some personal issues on my end have come up and I'm just trying to learn how be happy while single). I'm trying to get my life back together at the end of the year where I was supposed to be getting my life together throughout. Oh well. There's always next year

[UPDATED] [RUMOR] Screenshots of a possible Monsters, Inc. world for Kingdom Hearts III allegedly leaked on ResetEra and on Imgur
You do realize that's a major plot point in Monsters Inc, right? Monsters believe that humans are incredibly toxic, of course they're not normally allowed in the monster world. Although I wouldn't say that "forbidden" is the proper word to use in this case. The bigger point to me is why Sora and co. would ever feel the need to say that they aren't actually monsters, considering they're kinda protective of the world order. The only world that they actually revealed that they weren't actually from was Atlantica. Besides, if they're in the monster world and they've transformed into monsters to disguise themselves, then they wouldn't need to break cover at all. They fit in just fine.

Star Wars Last Jedi discussion (SPOILERS!)
Same here! I know that the story probably went places that no one figured they were going to go, but I feel it worked out for the better in this movie. I also loved the fight scene in Snoke's throne room, and it's one of the best put together fight scenes in Star Wars yet. I was impressed by the fight in the forest at the end of Force Awakens, as it blended the structured fights from the original trilogy with the faster and flashier style of the prequels. I'd also like to point out how great the final duel between Kylo and Luke turned out, and all the foreshadowing that went into the reveal. Seriously! I only noticed a few details the first time around (the lightsaber Luke uses for most part), but then had so many more get pointed out to me later (Luke appears as he did in the flashbacks, he doesn't leave tracks in the salt, he never connects lightsabers with Kylo). A lot of care went into this movie, and I'll never understand the people who don't like the newer Star Wars movies.

Star Wars Last Jedi discussion (SPOILERS!)
I thought it was really good! The only problem I had with it was that Holdo didn't tell anyone what her plan was. Come on, lady. You think keeping it a total secret was gonna help you, especially with the hot-shot pilot?

How excited are you for Star Wars: The Last Jedi?
I'm hyped. I'm seeing it twice this weekend (once on Friday, once on Sunday)

What Winter-themed movie/part of a movie do you want in KH3?
I selected Christmas Carol, but I will stipulate that I want the Muppet Christmas Carol to appear. Why? Cuz I like the Muppets and I kinda want them in Kingdom Hearts.

Question Regarding Final Fantasy XV
Nemesis is correct. You unlock the option to return to Lucis when you meet up with Umbra after heading to Altissa. Any time you can rest proper (i.e. not camping), you can go back to Lucis.

Book/Novel suggestions?
If you're looking for dark, but not grim-dark, I'd recommend The Chronicles of Prydain. It takes the classic fantasy adventure and just makes it real. It's punishing for the main characters. Heck, the lesson that the main character Taran learns in the first two books (The Book of Three and The Black Cauldron, respectively) is that war is not fun and games, people die and don't come back, and that some adventures aren't fun.

Who's your Favorite Final Boss in Kingdom Hearts?
As good of a final boss as Xemnas is, I will still have to go with the final fight against Xehanort in the final episode of BBS. There's something about that fight. The music, the tension, the stakes. Xemnas' fight went on for too long (four phases!), but Xehanort seemed to take only as much time as the fight really needed.

I leave for Walt Disney World today. Yay! I will check in here and there while I am in the Happie...
Enjoy it! Make sure that you catch the "Happily Ever After" fireworks show at Magic Kingdom!

WWE 2K18 Discussion
Well, what else can they possibly cover? 2K17 was particularly insulting, as half the matches you play, you somehow end up losing via cutscene.

Wating for L.A Noire to download on Switch. Emphasis on waiting.
Enjoy it. It's a great game if you'll willing to stick with it.

Interest Check: What kind of Role-Play does everyone want to do?
Yes, though I suppose a better term I could use would be railroading. It seemed like some of your RP ideas were just going to be you telling everyone else what to do. As much of a failure both of my recent Dissidia RPs were, I at least felt that what happened next was entirely unpredictable, and that made it fun. This.

UMvC3 DLC Ideas
UMvC3 isn't getting any more DLC. It's a dead game in terms of development. It came out in 2011, and all it's gotten since then is a port to modern hardware.

A Third Kingdom Key
I feel that any other Kingdom Keys past Sora's and Mickey's don't exist/will not be brought up in the current canon. Also, I think Nomura confirmed that Sora and Roxas wielded the same Kingdom Key.

If you could add a World to KH
If Disney, then a world based on Black Cauldron/Chronicles of Prydain. If not Disney, then either a world based on Rockstar's Bully or a world based on Legend of Zelda (preferably Wind Waker or BOTW)

WWE General Discussion Thread
Fans boo Roman Reigns for the same reason they had/still continue to boo John Cena: The WWE can't help but keep trying to push him. Best example I have is this:

Which came first?
Here's where your comparisons are off: The books are about Taran growing from boy to man, gaining maturity as the series progresses. Link's journey in OOT does also take him from boy to man, but only in the literal sense. Zelda sends him back to the past at the end because Link is still mentally a boy. Zelda and Eilonwy are arguably the most similar, at least with OOT involved. Eilonwy is an impulsive princess, always opting to act and never taking any of Taran's crap. Zelda acts immediately on Ganondorf's possible treachery when we first see her. The biggest difference is that Eilonwy is always opting to fight, while Zelda tends to take a background role when Link gets involved. The Horned King and Ganon could not be more different. The Horned King in the movie is a combination of the main antagonist Arawn Death-Lord and the character of the Horned King, who only appeared in the first book. The Horned King is not much of a warrior in the movie, opting to take Arawn's sorcerer-in-the-shadows role. Ganon is more of a warrior/sorcerer hybrid. The Cauldronborn and Stalfos are way too different. Stalfos are formerly people who got lost in the Lost Woods. Cauldronborn are former dead brought back to an undying state by means of the Black Cauldron. Gurgi and Navi are nothing alike, movie or otherwise. Gurgi is Taran's companion, a beastly figure in the books. Gurgi is not intelligent, being bribed along in the first journey by food. Navi, while Link's companion, is a tiny fairy, following Link to guide him. And in your comparison, where does Fflewddur Fflam fit in? What about Creeper, the character invented for the movie? Doli, Dallben and Hen-Wen? Orddu, Orwen and Orgoch? And what would the Black Cauldron be in your Your comparison doesn't totally fit, and this isn't even counting characters that only appear in the books. The Chronicles of Prydain, to my knowledge, were never part of LoZ's inspiration, much less Disney's adaptation.

WWE 2K18 Discussion
I see that question mark in the title, therefore I'm calling BS on that release date. Besides, he seems to be talking more like it's a rumor than anything.
