Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated
Looks fantastic! I remember playing the original but I have forgotten most of it so remake or not it'll be a fresh game for me. For some reason I remember most going into Squidward's house and breaking everything and putting a moustache onto one of his portraits it really felt like you were in Bikini Bottom because they had just about all of the recurring characters and locations from the show. The more I think about it, the more excited I am to play this.

If Marvel Gets Included
As a massive Disney fan, I must say this is one of the things they do that I just don't get. Even in Disney Infinity, their own crossover game there were stipulations like "Oh you can only use a character in the world they are from" its all a bit strange really. I feel like the reason more people aren't calling them out for being so over protective of their characters and the stories is because it hasn't been found to have negatively effected the end product.... Yet. I have heard about the rumours that the Frozen world in KH3 was originally different. Anyway as for Marvel being in a KH game; I'd like at least a Spider-Man world (which I guess would just be New York) but a stylised one that looks like a comic book or the old animated TV series. That would be perfect. And it might also help get more people into buying comics again, apparently traditional comic books aren't selling as well as they used to / need to be.

In which time period did you first get into the Kingdom Hearts franchise?
2002. I actually read about it in a PlayStation magazine here in the UK, in May 2002 (ish) they had a tiny section called "One To Watch" which was a small column on games that were coming out soon but were sort of under the hype radar. And it was literally just a few lines and a screenshot saying like "This game recently released in Japan and has been well received there, its soon coming out in the UK and its a mix between Final Fantasy and Disney". I wasn't into Final Fantasy at the time (I'm still not really) but just the fact there was a game coming out where you adventured through Disney movies immediately sold it to me. There wasn't really a big crossing over of Disney characters like that before then, plus the graphics at the time were great, I remember seeing a screenshot of Hades from the game and thinking it looked exactly like the movie lol. So yeah, I was a fan basically before it was even released here. I remember because Kingdom Hearts released about two weeks after GTA: Vice City here, so all my friends at school were still talking about and playing Vice City and I would just be going along with the conversation even though I had already moved on from running over old ladies in a car, to hitting Jafar with a keyblade.

What's your favorite location in Kingdom Hearts that exists in real life?
All the locations in Kingdom Hearts are real, of course! Based on a true story. I've been to Notre Dame and I live close to London so I've walked past Big Ben quite a few times. Notre Dame is my favourite of those landmarks, though! I saw it prior to the unfortunate fire and the architecture is amazing.

Best Lightsabre Duel from the Skywalker Saga so far?
I voted for Luke V Vader Rematch / ROTJ battle. I feel like that battle does a good job of showing and through it's dialogue how battles within the Star Wars universe really work. It's not necessarily just about which combatant happens to just be faster with a blade, there's mindfulness, hatred and how well the character can channel their emotions and beliefs into their combat to give them the advantage. When there's two very skilled opponents, it becomes almost more of a mind game. It's one of the cool things about the Star Wars universe as a whole that fascinates me and keeps people talking about it for all these years. I do think there are other really good choices (a couple of which aren't on the poll) but the battles in the original / empire trilogy are the most interesting to me. Because they are set later in the time line than the prequels so I find they tap into the lore more.

Pokemon Sword and Shield
I was very late to the game (quite literally) with Pokemon. I liked the anime as a kid but I was never into the games. Pokemon Sun was my first proper Pokemon mainline RPG game and I loved it. Enjoyed Lets Go as well. Looking forward to this one. I'm not super into Pokemon but I do play a lot of RPG and yeah - I've enjoyed what I have played of them so far so I'll be getting Shield.

Redesigning Star Wars Land
Yeah flights are pretty significantly cheaper for Orlando than they are California from England so that's why Walt Disney World is my "home" of all the parks. But also all of the adverts I've seen here for Galaxys Edge, even in the cinema, were all specifically for WDW, no mention at all of Disneyland. So yesterday it was announced Rise Of The Resistance will open December 5 for WDW and early January for Disneyland. This seems to be the attraction that they are hyping up the most and the one I was always more excited to see. So we will have the full experience of the land by the end of the year. I defintirly don't think it's a failure though. I just think they took too many precautions and crowd control measures for the California opening and basically just opened the land and didn't let a lot of the people who want to visit even be allowed in. But for WDW I think that it will be way busier. I mean Pandora World of Avatar on opening day had about 5-6 hour wait for Flight of passage and a line to get into the gift shop that extended all the way to the entrance of the land. So even though Galaxy's Edge is the sequel trilogy.... I don't think it's going to have low attendance.

Redesigning Star Wars Land
This fake mock up of a Star Wars park (an actual dedicated park not just one land expansion) is awesome: https://thefairytaletraveler.com/2015/08/25/star-wars-lucas-world-theme-park-map-fake-or-leaked-starwarsland/ the article is outdated now but the map image is a really cool concept. I haven't been to Star Wars Galaxys Edge yet, I am a Disney World Annual Passholder so I will go to that once it opens but many of the criticisms from the Disneyland one are exactly what I was fearing from all the way back when this was announced. This could have been so easily improved by even just having three different lands / sections. One for the original trilogy, one for the prequel trilogy (would have loved a General Grievous photo op / meet, that would have been scary and so cool) and then what we have now for the new sequel movies. I do like what we got, from what I have seen so far. Being able to build your own custom droid and lightsaber is awesome, side note: a lot of people are saying those are expensive but for quality custom lightsabers its about what you might expect to pay from my understanding of it. But yeah I just wish they would have included more from the original trilogy or even the prequels.

Kh switch possibility?
Sorry but not even the possibility of playing them on the go would make me rebuy these games yet again. Great for Switch owners who want to play and haven't yet, though I'm more excited for what that other mystery game could be. Hoping for an Eternal Darkness follow up game myself!

Who's the best girl of the KH franchise?
Princess Jasmine isn't on this list. If we are only talking original KH characters then I guess Aqua gets my vote. Honourable mentions going to Larxene, Olette and Xion. Tough choice between those four though.

Video Games That Deserve HD Remakes
Burnout 3: Takedown and Burnout: Revenge The Sims: Come on EA, Sims 1 with all expansion packs, remastered with current graphics and nothing else: £30. I will but it and I will buy it again just because it would be the best sims game ever. Also someone mentioned Metal Gear Solid, I don't think MGS1 should because they could just release The Twin Snakes on current gen consoles as a download game and I would be happy. (Twin Snakes is a remake of MGS1 with graphics and gameplay of MGS2 released for the GameCube). But for the love of all things Kojima, we need a remake of the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 games.

Kingdom Hearts III is Both the Best and Worst Game Ever!
Its a good game. I just don't really have much more to say about it than that. Because the series hasn't really changed much since it started. Graphics and gameplay have improved over the series but the entire concept and premise has always been the same. This isn't the third game in the series, its the... twelfth game I think? That is a heckin' lot of games for an RPG series that is only about 17 years old. The whole thing about travelling to Disney worlds and fighting heartless or variations of, well its just been done so many times now, I am kinda over it really. Its a good RPG, it looks fantastic and its a blast to play but I mean... You know what this game is? Its sushi is what it is. Because the first time I tried it, I loved it, it was unlike anything I had ever eaten before. But if I eat it too often I do get a bit bored of eating it and crave something different. I've done this Kingdom Hearts jam so many times now, go to a Disney world, fight some heartless, guy in black hood appears and talks about hearts, Sora sasses him, hoodie guy summons a boss, beat boss and get a cutscene with more characters talking about hearts, repeat about eight times, beat the final boss, cry over the ending and then your done. The series has improved but I don't feel like its ever really evolved past KH1. Its a good game for sure, but so are all the other KH games. And this one I don't think has given us as much to talk about, since it really just wraps up the plot points and then sets up the next chapter. There's not much to speculate about since we have almost no idea where the series is headed next. I will replay it at some point but I could just play any of the other KH games and have pretty much the same experience I feel. Good game. sushi/10 would play again.

"Has-been" and "Also-ran" XD Minor KH3 spoilers
- Opinion on Kairi in KH3
Always been the least interesting "main character", at least KH3 stayed true to her character, in that she has none.- [SPOILERS] Theres a thing in KHIII that kind of "disappeared" and nobody seems to be bringing it up...
- So begins the wait for FF7R
Plenty to look forward to until then as well Is it weird that I am both excited for FF7 remake but also not? Last I heard this is going to be an episodic game. Fair enough on the face of it. But as someone who hasn't yet played the original FF7, if I play the remake first, I want it to be the full game, not just a part of it. So I'm not sure of that has been debunked or confirmed but if it is still planned to be episodic then no, I don't care until the all the episodes are out, then I will play it. And I hope its amazing, not just for new players like me but for the fans who have been waiting forever for it- This is the worst Kingdom Hearts game ever made. Even worse than Coded.
Yeah its pretty much the same for me as well. I had a great time with KH3 because while the plot was rushed to answer for stuff at the end, that's kind of always been a staple of the series for me. Kingdom Hearts is silly, yes the concept works surprisingly well and makes for a fun game but its still very silly. Ever since Mickey Mouse in KH2 had to explain to Sora and the player who Xehanort was and his heartless and nobody, its been a joke of a plot. I love it but man, if you can take all of what is going on in these games seriously then you deserve to have your expectations about the story to be shattered. But for me, it is one of the most prettiest and fun action RPG I think I have played in a long time. There's just nothing out there quite like Kingdom Hearts. Its silly, completely over the top and most of all its fun. I loved that most of the game was just Disney stuff and then at the very end they rushed to try and wrap up the finale. it goes to show how silly this whole story got. I'm glad it has ended and I think they did it in a fun way and at the end of the day, that's what videogames are all about- How many hours have you put in to KH3?
28 hours on first playthrough, I don't think I'll go back to it any time soon. I'm honestly sick to death of hearing about it after all these years and so I will definitely be taking a break from it now I am finished before I go back to it.- KH13 Android app
- [No spoilers] Are there many more surprises than the ones shown in trailers?
- All Countries in Europe that are selling KH3 Early
Been waiting for this game for so long, I think I will be okay waiting to Tuesday. You can bet if I did get it early I would totally be on here flexin' tho. lol I can confirm that CeX in the UK are indeed selling it as of today but not even KH3 a few days early is enough to get me to buy anything from CeX.- Tetsuya Nomura discusses Kingdom Hearts III's story, including the power of awakening, Roxas, and the game's secret ending requirements
That's cool. I'm bad at videogames but love trying to spot hidden Mickeys in Disney movies and the parks so now I know to be on the lookout for those when we play KH3. And also its just adorable that Sora, Donald and Goofy can take selfies together in front of Hidden Mickeys. I thought he just meant that it won't be a simultaneous world wide release next time. So Japan will get it first and then we will get it once its localised. Which I would be okay with. It always was that way and with a lot of JRPG that's the way it still is, its not that bad. Its not like we get the game any sooner, its just we won't get it until its actually localised and ready, which I suppose unless you wanted to play it in Japanese anyway wouldn't really matter. - Opinion on Kairi in KH3
