I'm 15 hours and 30 minutes into Persona 4 and I still have to; Beat Shadow Kanji Beat Marukyu Striptease and Shadow Rise Beat Void Quest and Shadow Mitsuo Beat Secret Laboratory and Shadow Naoto Beat Heaven and Shadow Namatame/Kunino-Sagiri Beat Magatsu Inaba and Shadow Adachi then Ameno-Sagiri immediately after Shadow Adachi Beat Yomotsu Hirasaki then Izanami THEN Izanami-no-Okami to beat the game. That in itself is about 50+ hours worth of gameplay. And that's if I don't...

Persona 4's harder than real life. In real life I have to juggle school, work and studying. In Persona 4 I have to juggle school, work, studying, social links, exp grinding, saving whatever poor firetrucker got thrown in the TV. Persona 4's life > Real life.

When you're playing a turn based game and you need literally one more attack to win the battle but your attack misses then the boss counters and kills you. -____-

@Mythril: Yeah I guess, but in turn based more than any other genre, it's determined by chance, there was nothing you could have done, the game just decided right then and there at the most crucial moment to screw you over. Just makes it so much more annoying.

I haven't had to change the batteries in my Gameboy Color since I started playing through Silver, and I'm like 30 hours into the game... Screw the 8 hour battery life modern handhelds have, the GBC gets way more time.
Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) repliedThat's like that with everything. I only had to charge my Nokia once every 2-3 weeks. This isn't because of the battery though, it's mostly because these old machines don't require as much power as the newer ones.

People who say they've been waiting 10 years for KHIII annoy me to no end. Because we haven't, we've been waiting 3 years, 6 at a push if you choose to believe the rumours about KHIII starting development in 2010.

Why is the Contrarian King sub-boss in Yukiko's Castle so difficult? Anyone know how long it's around for because I really want to come back to it when I'm grinding exp for fighting Shadow Kanji.

Christmas Past repliedYou're just gonna have to rely on luck in order to not being hit by rampage. For Personas just use some that have Rakunda and Tarukaja. Leveling up your Magician social link is also recommended.
AzureAce repliedIt's hard to fight this boss when really I only have 2 character attacking at a given time. I have to cast Sukunda with Yu on the first turn and for 4 turns I have to use Sukukaja with Yosuke to get everyone's Hit/Evasion up. Chie is the only one who can consistently attack but even then, Mabufu takes up a lot of SP. And well... Given he absorbs fire, Yukiko's only really good for healing.
