Really not a nice, relaxing movie.

just got my first job!!!!

They got a new manager and like everyone quit, and one of my classmates said that they literally only had 5 people working, and that if I went there today, I'd guarantee get a job. And the manager interviewed me, and I just have to turn in some paperwork, and then my training starts.
I'm really hoping I don't have to start Monday because I have a big banquet for the Technology Students Association and the state legislators are...

AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedI have to wake up 07:00 and go act as an extra in a TV show, get back home, study Latin Grammar which is a total b*tch and revise the translations of Latin texts. I hate this subject but I need to get good grades at it.
What I hate the most though is the nightmares I've been seeing because of stress.
I get this feeling in my sleep that I don't have enough time to study and end up failing in my exams.

AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedIt's a TV show in Greece I don't think you know it, it's called 'Εθνική Ελλάδος' and despite being a hit here, I just can't see what the fuss is about.
And YESS my scedule is busy. I woke up at 07:00 and got back at 19:30 to eat. I don't even have the strength to study right now, or do anything really.
It was a tiring experience and I'm only getting paid 25 euros (28,50 in dollars) and I'm going to get it 6 months after it gets shown on TV.

And yes, extras just sit in the background, barely visible and just react to stuff.
One more reason I don't like being an extra is because I feel like a pawn. I have no free will and am forced to do EXACTLY what they tell me, otherwise we'll have to do the same scene all over again.
And don't worry about asking too much. I don't really mind.

littleTSUBAME repliedWell, it really depends. Personally I like it, but then again many people don't. I'd say just watch it and decide for yourself. Just remember that Evangelion is one of the most overhyped anime, so don't expect too much from it because that will ruin it for sure since it has it's flaws.
Dracozombie repliedDepends on the kind of show you're looking for. If you want to watch badasses badassing their way through the giant monsters, you're looking at the wrong show. Shinji starts off pretty ineffectual early on, progressively becomes stronger and confident... and by episode 16 he loses 15 episodes worth of character development because I think the creator fell into depression, and it leaked into his work.
